This place is already well known for its tacos so let me recommend two non-taco items for a change: The burger with onions and the chicken skewers. The burger is juicy, perfectly cooked, and has just the right amount of toppings to not distract from the flavor. Order it with the fries, which are thick-cut and seasoned with a mild spicy flavor. The chicken skewers are extremely simple (literally grilled chicken on a stick) but delicious. The meat is well seasoned/marinated and has an addictive smokey flavor. They sell these by the stick and it took a lot of self control to stop myself from ordering a bunch of these. Has an outdoor/al fresco area in front, but also has an air-conditioned bar area in the back for those humid evenings. Limited parking so better to walk over.

Kudos to El Chupacabra for having maintained quality of food & ambiance over so many years! Bowl of Chili con Carne with excellent tortilla chips is always wonderful, especially with Corona! Street tacos were good, with Gonzo Pollo Adobo as the real stand-out. Boneless chicken skewers were good as well.

+1 for a plant based/vegan menu options (but we didnt try it) Carne Asada Tacos - ₱165, 3/5 Al Pastor - ₱160, 3/5 Tex Mex Carne Asada - ₱223 2/5 Burritos Carne Asada - 369 - 2/5 The street tacos are their best food at this place. If you want real tacos, go to A’Toda Madre (also in Poblacion) and order Birria Tacos, you won’t regret it. This place is just a so-so. Nothing great. Just good if you want to have a quick bite for a cheap price. We went here in the afternoon though. It turns to a party place at night I think.

Nice ambience and good food. I like the Taco Lengua and california baja. The birria is good too but i prefer the sauce to be thicker The drink la chupadita is refreshing

This is a Mexican restaurant with accommodations for Filipino taste. Warning it's not air conditioned, so if you have their spicy salsa, you better have an ice cold drink handy or you'll be sweating. I had the quesadilla taco combo. The taco had a nice crunchy shell (American, not Mexican style) The meat was great and the lettuce fresh. The quesadilla was quite good. The garlic sauce, while not authentic sour cream, went quite nicely surprisingly. Good portion size. The street in front is dug up under construction so access and parking is difficult. Take a taxi.
