Decided to stay in the hotel as we were meeting up with a friend, booked it for a night and would love to extend however we had other schedules planned. The ambiance in the hotel is great. Staff very friendly, They were very helpful to serve us beverages after the last orders were taken. Thank you for that. Breakfast had a great choice.The hotel is very close to “Festival Mall” , Loads of choices where you can eat and have entertainment for kids with a small roller coaster as well

I had an overnight staycation for my birthday in the executive suite room and must say that I had an amazing time. I had a good view of the outside world from the room. The staff of the executive lounge are very accommodating and friendly. Service is a 💯, love it. Food buffet is a lit so yummy and delicious food different dishes, but all are tasty. Will come again with family for sure. Thank you, Crimson

I spent a week searching for hotels near Sentro Fortis Crossfit and the airport. The pictures of Crimson showed old furniture and hinted at possible unpleasant smells. However, I decided to give it a try because it’s near Festival Mall and other amenities. Plus, there’s a pizza place right in the lobby, so it seemed like the most convenient option. When I arrived, the smell was genuinely awful. The room was dirty. The water had an extremely unpleasant odor. After washing my hair for two days, my hair was dry, falling out, and greasy my friends experienced the same thing. The staff wasn’t very nice, insisting my friend pay for the breakfast buffet even though I had already purchased breakfast in advance. Honestly, I don’t know if I’m being too picky, but 3-star hotels in Saigon that are much cleaner and better than this

I can feel this hotel is a legend hotel like people said on the reviews. The building looks old but still at its function. The hotel lobby is on level 8. The room is big enough for us with 2 adults n 2 kids, got a king size bed and the view from my room is so good.

The hotel is a bit worn out and dated, but it was clean, the air conditioning worked very well, need was super comfortable and the wifi worked well for me. Had a big suite with lounge and kitchenette, but surprisingly tiny bathroom that one could hardly move in without bumping something. Staff were super friendly and attentive!
