We stayed on floor 22 and our host was Melanie ,the view was panoramic to say the least .The room was clean and well equipped with a very comfy bed and the situation of the hotel was perfect for all you need . And surprisingly peacefull in the room .I must thank Melanie for being so good at her job helping us enjoy our short stay in manilla. Dont hesitate to book this , lively Manilla right on your doorstep .

Review for Malate Bayview Mansion: Beware of Booking Issues I booked a one-night stay at Malate Bayview Mansion through Expedia for December 31st, expecting a smooth experience as I have had with other accommodations. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but smooth. Upon arrival, I was told there was no record of my reservation and that the condotel was fully booked. Despite showing my confirmed and paid reservation, I was eventually provided a room, arguably the worst in the condotel. The room I was given was far from the standard expected:- no TV, no Wi-Fi, and severely outdated. Later, I received an email around 4 PM detailing the room I was supposed to have, and yes, it was much better, completely modernly renovated and the complete opposite of the room I was provided. However, by that time, it was too late to make any changes. This delay felt intentional, as if my reserved room had been given to another customer. The front desk staff appeared unorganized and uninformed, often questioning the legitimacy of my Expedia booking in disbelief. When I submitted a complaint, the property's response was contradictory, claiming they had been waiting for my check-in all day. This statement is hard to believe, given that no one seemed aware of my reservation upon arrival. In conclusion, my experience at Malate Bayview Mansion was marred by poor communication, unprofessionalism, and a lack of accountability. I caution future guests to ensure they are provided with the room they booked and to be prepared for potential mismanagement

just an overnight stay at an airbnb loft. view is spectacular. its near robinsons manila and lots of bars below. it can be noisy at night but still a great stay.

Great stay, we had here an amazing Airbnb with everything we needed. We stayed on the 35 floor or so and had a stunning view of the city. Good location as well.

The view is so good. The caretaker Ms. Mel is so approachable and easy to transact with. Affordable place to stay near MOA and Robinsons Manila and a lot of delicious places to eat near the place. Best place to stay during hollidays.
