The whole staff is amazing, and everyone makes you feel at home. From the moment we arrived, the porter guided us to our room, making us feel welcome. We had a beautiful breakfast, and after a refreshing dip in the lovely pool with drinks. The hotel’s architecture adds to its charm, creating a warm atmosphere. Top security as well. Thank you 🤍

Super cozy hotel in the Manila rush, it is a cozy jungle in the middle of the huge city. Colonial style, clean and big rooms with comfortable beds. Offering delicious breakfast and tasty coffee. Has a nice pool and a green garden area. Friendly staff is making it a great place to stay!

Had a short stay here so cannot really review the hotel, though the room was nice the bed comfortable. My gripe is with not providing breakfast which we had paid for. We probably should have forwarded a message to say we will be leaving at 5 am so would they provide a packed breakfast, so maybe we are at fault. But the fact that even when we arrived at 11pm and explained, they didn't, couldn't or wouldn't provide us with a breakfast, anything fruit ,bread, juice, didn't even say take something from the service provided in the room. Surely a hotel has something available in the kitchens .

The room itself was stylishly furnished and very clean, although unfortunately a little dark. The grounds and the beautiful pool are well maintained. It was very noisy at night due to a motorbike constantly driving back and forth. In addition, a water pipe ran past our room, through which the water rushed all night. We could hardly sleep after an exhausting day of traveling. We were also disappointed with the food. The dinner was okay. The seasonal fruit platter sadly consisted of apples, grapes and oranges. At breakfast you can only choose one dish. The fruit with yoghurt was very disappointing and overall everything was rather tasteless and still expensive. The hotel driver also took us to the completely wrong terminal on our departure, so we had to book an extra cab to get to the right one. The first impression was good, but we were ultimately disappointed.

It's a beautiful old mansion with spacious suites in a lovely garden. Staff is friendly and helpful but I would have expected better service for a place that calls itself a premium boutique hotel. What's good: + Nice suites that feature a free standing bathtub + Beautiful garden and a big pool, although it looks a little bit abandoned and needs better cleaning from the leaves. + Food is actually delicious, although I would've hoped for some Filipino food which isn't on the menu at all. What's not so good: - Service is hit or miss, e.g. we were told that we had to pay extra for the breakfast for our 3y old although we paid for included breakfast and the suite says it sleeps 3. - There was a wedding on Saturday which we weren't told and the restaurant was closed for hours. Please communicate this to your guests in advance. - Doors aren't soundproof at all , you can hear everyone talking on the floors and the live music outside. - The rooms need better up keeping, dusting and making sure the wall art/lamps are straight - the terrace needs more fans for the heat and keeping the mosquitos at bay. - location is really off, you need a taxi to get anywhere and it's at least 30min to anything given the terrible Manila traffic
