2 months agoSpace is small, low ceilings and cramped bathroom. Photos on their website make the spaces look bigger. They should provide measurements of space as to prevent false expectations. The bed sheets were smelly when we arrived like it wasn't replaced. The bathroom was tiny, with dirty and moldy tiles. There was a consistent stench coming out of the drain. There was a small couch in front of a small TV. A/C works fine. Wifi is spotty at best. If you have problematic knees, this isn't the place for you as you would need to go up and down the steep stairs to reach the bed. They charge 1000php as "incidentals" which you can get back at checkout supposedly, but they will find reasons not to. When we were about to checkout, the housekeeping manager stated that we left a stain on the sheets, yes it was an accident as I had my monthly visit at the time. But then he said it will cost us 500php like he made up an amount in his head on the spot to get the sheets laundered and treated with chemicals etc. I offered to have the sheets laundered myself because it was funny. It was a small and faint stain, easily treated with bleach and most definitely wouldn't cost 500php. They didn't even give us a receipt to make it all official, dodgy as hell. Overall, it was a VERY UNSATISFACTORY experience. Beware.

2 weeks agoWorst hotel I ever stayed in my whole life!!! I accidentally did a double booking because I had bad connection the time I booked the room. I didn‘t know if the booking got trough the system and I didn’t received a confirmation email. So I booked the same room again. Arrived at the hotel I saw I got 2 confirmations and my credit card was charged double. I told that to receptionist when I checked-in. She told me she can‘t cancel the other booking I must contact the Agoda customer service what I did right after via email. I checked-in at 5am so theres no one at the German custumer service because I booked over the German Agoda website. At 9am German time so 3pm Philippine time right after they opened Agoda contacted me and sent a cancellation request to the hotel. But the hotel refused it because it’s just 1 hour too late!!! The request must be there before 2pm. I went to the reception and asked why they cant refund 1 booking. I just used and got the key for one room. I checked in early in the morning and even extended the stay for 6 more hours for 900 Peso. Its not my fault that theres a 6-hour time time difference between Germany and Philippines. I chatted Agoda right after check-in about my problem. But the hotel stayed hard headed and dont want to refund anything. Even Agoda wondered why they acting like that. Very bad customer service of the hotel and no sense of goodwill!!! I paid the double price plus 900 Peso for 1 room and just stayed 12 hours!!! Never again!!!

6 months agoThe room is wide enough for me as I stayed in a room there as my working space for multiple days. It could be better if their chairs have support on the back of a person. It's great that they have water dispensers in each floor where you could get water for free.

a month agoSmall space inside the room. CR also is so small. They charged me with stains on their blanket like c'mon. I didn't damaged anything. And I also didn't drank or ate to blame me with that stain. Totally not recommended!!!!

6 months agoDoes not feel as luxurious as it is marketed. But it’s enough for its price. If you’re staying at Selah Lofts, pool access has additional fee. But the loft itself will be free. The lobby looks cool. Elevator is functional but the room itself feels old and messy. By the way, shout out to the one who assisted us in taking photos in the loft, Jeddie. Amazing shots were taken and he’s very supportive and fun. Thank you
