a month agoThe location of this hotel is accessible since it’s in the metro. Convenience stores are also just outside the hotel, so you have nothing to worry about. However, the photos on the website are different from reality—don’t be fooled. The room is quite old and rusty. If you are meticulous, this hotel may not be for you. Yes, it’s cheap, but there are more presentable condo rentals at the same price. We chose this hotel only because it’s near PICC, where my husband had a convention. They have a restaurant on the second floor, and if you want a massage during your stay, they offer that service as well. Additionally, they charge ₱100 per day for parking, but the security is poorly trained when handling accidents. Our car was hit by another vehicle in the parking lot, and the guard did not inform us immediately. Fortunately, they recognized the driver since he parks there regularly. But what if he had been a guest? We would have never known about the accident.

a month agoEven if you stay for three days, they won't change the linens and towels every day, and if you get a stain on one of their towels, they'll charge you for it even if it can be cleaned. The internet is terrible. Poor customer service, particularly from those receptionists. They also demand a late checkout fee of PHP. 900. That is excessive for one and a half hours. Never again, haha.

a month agoThe location was near the bus station and mrt. The room was okay for its price. But I got scared because the light keeps on blinking on and off. But I just shake it off. It was also noisy you can hear the noise outside of the hotel but they provide earplugs

3 months agoStaffs and services are good, well, except on TV reception. So far, a great place to stay, whether for vacation or business purposes. Very affordable place for a very good quality place

5 months agoWorst hotel I ever stayed in my whole life!!! I accidentally did a double booking because I had bad connection the time I booked the room. I didn‘t know if the booking got trough the system and I didn’t received a confirmation email. So I booked the same room again. Arrived at the hotel I saw I got 2 confirmations and my credit card was charged double. I told that to receptionist when I checked-in. She told me she can‘t cancel the other booking I must contact the Agoda customer service what I did right after via email. I checked-in at 5am so theres no one at the German custumer service because I booked over the German Agoda website. At 9am German time so 3pm Philippine time right after they opened Agoda contacted me and sent a cancellation request to the hotel. But the hotel refused it because it’s just 1 hour too late!!! The request must be there before 2pm. I went to the reception and asked why they cant refund 1 booking. I just used and got the key for one room. I checked in early in the morning and even extended the stay for 6 more hours for 900 Peso. Its not my fault that theres a 6-hour time time difference between Germany and Philippines. I chatted Agoda right after check-in about my problem. But the hotel stayed hard headed and dont want to refund anything. Even Agoda wondered why they acting like that. Very bad customer service of the hotel and no sense of goodwill!!! I paid the double price plus 900 Peso for 1 room and just stayed 12 hours!!! Never again!!!
