3 weeks agoMy family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was small from outside but big enough space for the rooms. The receptionist & all the people working were all good. Very helpful & caring. The best was the breakfast buffet. They served different dishes varieties every day. That's why I'm giving all 5 stars ratings, but that was 10 years ago. I happened to see the reviews this time & I felt sad because we wanted to come back, but having second thoughts now.

3 months agoTERRIBLE everything. There was always something wrong with every facility in the hotel. There was no hot water in the showers, no internet for half the day most days, the gym had half the machines “under maintenance”, the pool was dirtier than your local sewage and even though we were moved rooms they all had dirty sheets. I don’t know who they had to bribe to get a 4 star hotel rating but this hotel is definitely not worth the price. The receptionists were useless whenever a problem came up and knew nothing at all. Actually could be replaced by a self check out kiosk, they bring nothing to this garbage dump.

a month agoI booked the hotel under my name because my friends and I had nowhere to rest until our late evening flight. I clearly asked the reception if my friends could receive the deposit since I had to leave an hour earlier than them. They told me that my friends must bring the deposit paperwork. I gave the paperwork to my friends and left, but the hotel refused to return the money to my friends, citing various excuses and saying I should have provided a transfer document. There were two documents: one was the deposit document, and the other was the luggage storage document. It's logically inconsistent that they returned the luggage without a transfer document but wouldn't return the deposit. I plan to visit the Philippines next month or the month after, and I hope to get the deposit back as I have the documents.

5 months agoThe staff and the rooms are amazingly accommodating. The low star count is based on the restaurant entirely. The hotel itself is great, comfortable and at a good price point. The restaurant? I've had the breakfast buffet 3 times, and each time I claim will be my last. They serve cold food, all the items on the buffet line are at room temperature and not warm. There are 7 staff members standing around watching me eat. Not a single person has offered to serve water, juice or coffee as it's part of the buffet. (Buffet here means cold food, serve yourself, and no effort to allow the staff to assist with anything). They literally have 2 girls stationed at the doors for the purpose of welcoming guests. When I entered they couldn't decide which one would open the door.. . They aren't allowed to help guests, only open the door 🤷♂️. I've eaten dinner here on 3 occasions. The food was good and hot, the dessert was yummy and when I've ordered to the room, all was excellent yet over priced. If you stay here, avoid the breakfast buffet. Perhaps ordering from the menu would allow the servers to serve? I don't have any compliments for this restaurant. The buffet is 550 Pesos. I will be ordering Grab food for the room as I'm here another 2 weeks, yet may change hotels just for a better dining experience.

4 months agoThe wife and kid beat me here by about 7 hours, I had a delayed flight , even though the reservation was paid for in advance, and non refundable the girl at the front desk refused to check them in , they sat in a chair in the lobby until I showed up after midnight! The mattress in the room was very comfortable, easy to sleep here, the breakfast was 599 pesos each and not very good, the McDonalds around the corner has better food.
