3 weeks agoBetter than expected. Great location. Good room size. I can’t believe how their common water dispensers changed my hotel experience. No more worrying of running out of drinking water late at night. Ample parking! Would have given them 5 stars if they provided hand towels (they only provide bath and floor towels). Breakfast was also reasonably good. High recommended. Will definitely stay here again.

4 months agoI recently had the pleasure of staying at Privato Hotel, and it was an incredible experience. We spent a couple of nights here, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The amenities are top-notch, with the pool being a particular highlight – it's absolutely fantastic! Our bathroom was another standout feature, especially with the luxurious raindrop shower that added a touch of elegance and relaxation to our mornings. What truly set Privato Hotel apart, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I can't recommend Privato Hotel enough – it's the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

2 months agoLocation was perfect, surrounded by greenery. The rooms were spacious and neat, but the bathroom tile grout was black in some places. The bed and sheets were comfortable and clean. The internet though was unstable and noises from the corridor and the adjoining room were disturbing. Breakfast buffet spread was simple, I liked the inclusion of fresh fruits.

4 months agoI recently stayed, attracted by their squad staycation promotional rate, and I wanted to share my experience for the benefit of future guests and the hotel management. Pros: The promotional rate provided good value for the premise of a pleasant stay. Friendly staff Cleanliness Nice lobby Checking in was smooth Views were nice at night Pool were good and clean plus no other people at night time Location was good, Tomas Morato offers many great activities especially at night Cons: The breakfast buffet selection was quite limited, leaving few options to choose from. For smokers, the only designated area is the parking lot, which can be a bit of a hassle to access. Our request for robes was met, but the delivery was significantly delayed. I noticed a portion of the room's wall was unfinished, which slightly marred the overall aesthetic and comfort of the room. The TV in the room was not a smart TV; thus, it lacked access to streaming services like Netflix, and most of the time, it didn't work properly. While I understand that the promo rate might reflect some of these limitations, I believe addressing these areas could significantly enhance guest satisfaction and overall impressions of the hotel. I hope to see improvements in these aspects, which would make me consider staying here again in the future.

a month agoI was on a solo business trip for a couple of days for business, and I love how clean this place is! Their high ceiling really makes the room feel big that I had to get used to it for the first night XD But I love how everything was neat and tidy, and the floor that I was on was quiet and peaceful... Up until they had a celebration/motivation for their college student XD it was my first time experiencing the liveliness of the culture here and it makes me really happy. Usually, from where I'm from, there would be noise complaints, which is understandable, but that's why it's a bland place LOL. Their washroom is a whole different experience. It makes me want to have a washroom like theirs where it's kind of an open concept to the bedroom. Like you can't see the shower itself, the wall separating from the washroom to the bedroom is concrete(?) and glass, but it's still open, if that makes sense! As a solo female traveller, I felt really safe knowing that I can see and hear everything in my room. This hotel is definitely in a safe area where I can roam around and experience the culture and get back to my roots. The only thing I regret is not swimming in their pool! And also experience their massage! I just didn't have the chance to D: But when I come back, I will make sure to find time to just relax and use the full experience Privato has to offer. When it comes to the staff, I love how they are so welcoming and respectful. Unlike American hotel staff, Filipino staff actually follow what you leave up at the door. The "DO NOT DISTURB" sign actually works!! Even if you don't need any cleaning, they still come by afterwards (when you leave) to make sure everything is top notch. I really appreciate the little things they do to make sure you feel comfortable and at peace. Overall, I give this place a 10/10, and as a solo female FiloNadian traveller, I would definitely recommend booking here!
