Summit Hotel

Comfy bed, large room. Great service from the staff. Nice location and quiet neighborhood near the mall and restaurants. Plus, they are pet-friendly! 🫶 Overall, great value for the price. Parking is not for newbies though, spaces are quite tight. But their staff will really assist and help you in the parking, he even helped us with our bag/luggage.

Bit of a late review but stayed at Summit during my vacation in the Philippines and it was nothing short of amazing. Very accessible location via Grab and a very flexible hotel overall. I found their food to be quite pricey but they allowed BYO and deliveries anyway so that never really hampered with the experience. Will definitely be back!

Room was big enough. It has ironing board, refrigerator, and also drinking water where you can refill your tumbler. My only complain was that we stained the bedsheet during our stay (small stain). And i think it is just normal to have a stain in your bedsheet since they have housekeeping services but they charged us for it during our check out. The front desk also told us that the stained bedsheet is already damaged that's why we have to pay for it. Good hotel but i think the staffs made it worse. I hope the management takes a look and action on their staffs

Urgent Complaint Regarding My Stay at Hotel Summit Greenhill (Room 1412 and 1212) Dear Hotel Summit Greenhill Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from August 22nd to 25th, 2024. I was in room 1412 for the first two days, and my experience was far from pleasant. On August 24th, I encountered a severe issue with the hot water in the shower. The smell of chlorine was so overpowering that it caused me to sneeze, cough, and cry uncontrollably. This was not only uncomfortable but also concerning for my health. I immediately called the manager, who promptly sent a technician to my room. The technician confirmed that the chlorine level was excessively high. I had to go down personally to request the manager's presence in my room to discuss the issue directly. While I appreciate the manager's apology and the room change to 1212, this experience was highly distressing. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. On the last day of my stay in room 1212, a strong and unbearable smell of sewage began emanating from the toilet. This made the room environment extremely unpleasant, further tarnishing my experience at your hotel. I chose Hotel Summit Greenhill based on its reputation, but this stay has left me deeply disappointed. I request an immediate investigation into these issues and expect a satisfactory resolution for the discomfort and inconvenience I endured during my stay. I look forward to your prompt response. The best hotel ever! The rooms are clean and the hotel smells great when you walk in! We were greeted very nicely by the staff! The ambiance outside is great. It's right across the Robinsons Mall. The breakfast was fantastic! Not your usual continental breakfast, this was high class.
