Pacific Bay Grand Suites

The hotel was old and shared with other hotels in one building,if you did not notice you might not find the hotel. The room was very old,on the floor there were bugs and cockroaches also. The shortest of staff working on housekeeping to clean your room and also not enough bed sheets for changing. The hotel owner really needs to look into it and get a renovation.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, every moment was delightful. The room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The amenities exceeded expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious food and attentive service. Overall, a truly memorable stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting this hotel.

The rooms were absolutely lovely with ac and dishes available. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance the entire time we were there.

My stay here is very relaxing, The reception and room boy are so nice, The room is large, there is own kitchen, the utensils are complete. .Also the view are nice. There is also Gym, spa and even a Swimming pool. It's great for family, friends, Business and even for a date. I did not find any problems during our stay here. I will comeback for staycation with my family here.
