3 months agoWent here for an early breakfast after walking around BgC area. Staff are nice. Food was great. I had beef tapsilog and cappuccino. It’s a nice place to chill during the early hours when there’s not much people around pa. There’s a nice of with trees and plants and good spot for people watching as well, if you’re into that. The place is spacious inside but they also have Al fresco seating.

2 months agoElephant Grounds Review Elephant Grounds offers a visually appealing atmosphere with its chic black and wood-orange color theme. The interior seating is limited but comfortable with additional tables and chairs outside, making it a pleasant spot to relax, especially when the weather is cool. Surrounded by plants and trees, the outdoor seating adds a refreshing touch to the experience. However, be mindful that it can get crowded during lunchtime, so it's best to arrive early. The Iced Honeycomb Latte was a delightful choice, with just the right amount of espresso to balance the drink without overpowering it. The honeycomb garnish adds a perfect touch of sweetness, creating a well-rounded flavor. The Oatmeal Café Latte was served at the ideal temperature, allowing you to savor the drink. However, I was slightly disappointed by the froth on the milk—it could have been silkier, and even in a takeaway cup, a bit of latte art would have elevated the experience. The staff at Elephant Grounds are accommodating and friendly, contributing to the overall pleasant experience. Despite minor areas for improvement, I enjoyed my visit and would recommend it for a cozy coffee break.

5 months agoMy previous visits here all went well so I decided to drop by again but this time for breakfast and this time with my little one. I didn't want to order separate for baby and me so I ordered something both of us will enjoy. I ordered Prawn paste chicken but without the paste so it should essentially just be the crispy chicken thigh. Fortunately, they agreed with my request. The chicken was crispy and juicy inside. Also it was tender enough for baby to bite it on his own. As for me, the long black did not dissapoint. The aroma sticks around after every sip. I did not use any cream or sugar to enjoy the coffee more. To cap it all, we had the Acai mixed berry ice cream. Too bad, baby didn't like it so I had to finish everything. Lucky me.

3 months agoA nice brunch place. Not much to choose from the menu but the rice bowls were pretty good. The fries were crispy to the point that its almost like chips (still 50-50 abt it). The tapa donburi was garlicky and flavorful esp with the eggplant salad (would go back for it). The karaage don and Gyudon were good but nothing phenomenal. The seats for the cafe feels awkward and the outdoor area is a whole lot better if only its not hot.

3 months agoWe ordered the Nasi Goreng and Gyudon. The food was decent but a bit expensive (450-480 PHP). I do enjoy the ice cream though!
