Chang Thai Massage Spa

I availed the 3 hours Body Scrub (1 hr) with Hot Oil Massage (2 hrs). Body Scrub: It was okay. Nothing special. I just hope they have robes for their clients going to the shower instead of wrapping them with the bed linen. I looked like I was caught in a motel raid with my behind exposed because the bed linen could not fully cover me. Their male masseuse even saw me. :c Massage: The massage was great at the first 30 minutes. But from the back until the whole front, everything was super rushed. You can even hear how fast her hands were going on my back. She barely massaged my shoulders, arms, and hands. When I got outside, it was only 4pm but my massage was supposed to end at 5pm. I don't know where the "miscommunication" arose. Rather than offering at least a back massage to compensate the lacking one hour, they offered to do another 2 hours of massage at my own expense, to which I politely declined since it would cost me more. Overall: I was looking forward to this massage because I kept seeing this in social media/influencers. Sadly, it was not a great first impression. Also, I hope their masseurs practice good personal hygiene and be trained to properly communicate with their customers.

First time here with western partner. Place was easy to find, clean, and smelled amazing! Staff are attentive, friendly, and kind. Opted for the Aromatherapy Massage for 120-mins. Therapists were Zarina and Jenny. The service was beyond expectations and mindfully executed. Will definitely come back and keep recommending this place. Customer service is 10/10!

At the first 10 minutes of massage, I’d like to say it’s the best massage store in Makati. The therapist is so professional and she confirmed the pressure with me for 3 times. I really love the skill she massaged my legs. However, a new customer was coming later and she kept talking and laughing with her therapist, no one stopped them. After that, my therapist was leaving my bed for a second about 2-3 times, and she whispered to another therapist once. Besides, the store location is not easy to arrive by car because of the narrow one way lane. It’s my first time to be spread over the body powder in massage store when the therapist finished a part, not too bad. I’ll still rate it 5 stars for the bright and clean space, good pressure to me, and lower price than other stores.

Average and boring massage technique. Very little thai. I couldn't wait until the session was over. Front desk personnel was indifferent. The only good thing was that they honored my senior citizens' card. I won't be back.

Oh My God. I can't believe it, the first time in my life I had such a bad massage experience. No technique, no skills. I was advised to have a strong massage, then a girl massaged me with a lot of oil, and she did gentle movements, she didn't even touch my neck and shoulders. She just used a dry towel to wipe my whole body. And then, she used some kind of powder to absorb the oil and then brushed it off. I left like I had never had a massage, I had to run home immediately to take a shower. I felt dirty on my body. It was so haunting and disastrous.
