Covent Grooming Lounge

As a long term staying tenant, the management in this building doesn't make any senses. This is the only condo I've ever stay in Makati which require the tenant to ask permission from the unit owner whenever we want to travel. It feels like we rent a condo with semi jail regulations. The receptionist tend to have double standar between local and expat, they tend to be more supportive with local. Good facilities, but poor building management.

The view quite good, good security, good service

Its surroundings is so quite and walking distance to ayala business center. They don't have a spacious lobby but I love the pool on the 7th floor (I cant remember what exact floor it is)

Please hide my identity, Im so impressed,All the staff are so great eventhough i am only a caretaker in one of the unit,they are very respective persons,you can see them with a beautiful smile and they are not like the others who underestimate the small person like me,di katulad nung amo ko na super strict at puno ng panlalait.
