3 weeks agoPros: - spacious and well ventilated. - lots of restaurants to choose from. - has clean restrooms per floor. - has a laundromat and a printing press, printing signage store. - near the university and condominiums. - near business establishments like grocery stores and pharmacy. - near LRT Qurino Station. Cons: - parking is limited. - lots of wasted commercial space (there are multiple vacant spaces available for lease). - no free WiFi (some of the restaurants inside offer free WiFi). - stairs going inside can get slippery during the rainy season (or when wet). - restrooms are not wheelchair friendly.

5 years agoThis place is so crowded. A lot of people drunk in the highway. It is not usually from Lasalle who goes to this place. Some of the bar has entrance some of it is free. One thing that I dont like it is we are being force to buy the promo which is costly than the in individual prices.
