2 weeks agoV-Lugaw is a sole lugaw or Rice Porridge eatery in Maginhawa St. near Al Jograts Persian Restaurant. The lugaw seems to be common but a budget-friendly eatery. Al fresco eating area is available, as the counter owns the spaces for kitchen area. It has another business lune as sportswear located at the back of Lugawan.
