You get what you pay for in terms of food quality. Malawak at maganda naman ang place. Host was funny and good at singing, creating good ambiance. For a group, we left hungry. We suggest taking many orders nalang once you get the chance as the quantity per order is few, there is waiting time for staff to notice & serve, and all of this waiting kasama na siya sa 2-hours unli samgyup. They strictly monitor this. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at the end in terms of service. They were very polite naman except at the end. When we were noticed and about to make an order, we were ubruptly rejected with "Sorry pero 10 minutes left nalang po" in a firm tone, goes to place the receipt, and leaves. On top of it, a different staff tinarayan ako for stating "Hindi na po kami makapagluto", and goes saying "ah eh opo kasi time na kayo" then umalis. Hence the 2 stars.

Food is not good. The servers refused to give us more meat when we only had 20 minutes left from the 2 hours. There were more than 5 of us and we were served with very little portions each time, and this is after making us wait. Even if it is cheap(er), it is not worth your money.

We sat down with a bug, waited long for incomplete orders to arrive, and even denied an order. If you were there for 12 hours, why are you only aware of this now? Original post: This is the first time I spent 2 hours on a samgyup place unsatisfied and still hungry. We recently visited and availed the 399 promo, which offers 2-hour unlimited dining. While the atmosphere was lively and the emcee made the evening enjoyable with engaging entertainment and singing, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. Upon sitting down, we were greeted by a cockroach on our table, which one of my friends dealt with immediately. The food portions were incredibly small, literally just a bite each, and when we ordered more portions, incomplete orders would arrive at a time, significantly delaying the cooking. There was even a time they left us sitting for so long without cooking or eating anything. The enoki rolls were really good though, but their portions went from 3 an order, to 2, to just 1 each. After a long waiting game, we tried to place another order which we were denied of because we "only" had 10 minutes left. So we just sat there... not cooking or eating anything for 10 minutes. No one in our group left feeling satisfied or full. We raised our concerns with the owner, who offered an additional hour, but by then, our mood was already ruined. We left and cooled off somewhere else. tl;dr: The place is relatively cheaper than other samgyups and the open mic is a great addition to enjoy your time, but the "unlimited dining" felt like eating on a diet. Edit: response to the owner Yup, we ate at Anongsayo Maginhawa just last Friday for dinner. We asked the lady at the counter if she was the owner and she said yes; she's the same person that offered us the extension. I'm trying to contact you but no one's answering.
