6 years agoThis building has a lot of space for lease. It houses the Upper Deck which has a basketball and badminton court plus a gym.

5 years agoA new place for dinning, fun and fitness. This place has everything! Within the building is UpperDeck, a fitness gym that has a basketball court, tennis court, yoga and spa. Also within the building is a 16 feet diving pool and shooting range. Lots of great places to eat such as Soru Izakaya, Romantic Baboy, Yechon, and Rue Bourbon. It also offers an open space rock climbing wall for the public to watch. Give this place a visit and enjoy!

4 years agoNot too crowded. Has a huge Home Depot. Mix of restos is ok. Just pretty hard to get out of when traffic peaks at J. Vargas which should seldom happen during the quarantine mode.

5 years agoWe visited Soru Izakaya and food is superb. Service is warm and friendly too. Parking is free for an hour, succeeding rate isn't bad either
