in the last weekI recently tried the vegan tacos at Batala Bar, and they were absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. You can tell the owner is incredibly passionate about the food and the overall experience. My only suggestion would be to slightly increase the portion size, so that a serving of tacos is enough to fill you up. Overall, a fantastic place with great vibes, and I’ll definitely be back one day!

2 months agoAfter I visited Fort Santiago, I was looking for a place to rest and chill. I found this bar just right beside Casa Manila, It was just great that I could have a view from the second floor. The beer I had was called Live It up Lager, It was nice for myself, I think the taste was great. The atmosphere at the place was great although it was empty, maybe it was too early, if I'm not mistaken, It's only roughly about 4 pm. I spent an hour of great 'me time' over there.

a month agoHappened to stumble upon this eatery because the Bambike tour we did offered free ice cream from the store. We all chose the single scoop keso ice cream, which was the perfect treat after al l the biking and walking that day. While we were enjoying, the owner suggested we check out the menu, and since we were all practically starving, we decided to move to the second floor and have dinner there. Dinner was delicious, and the service was amazing. the place was so cozy and had the most beautiful view out on the patio of casa manila. I truly think deciding to eat there was one of the best decisions we made on top of all the other great things we got to do that day. 100% recommend you check this place out.

5 months agoGorgeous views in the seats upstairs. Beer wasn’t very cold but staff was friendly! We were the only ones there and it took a while for them to pour 3 beers.

6 months agoEnded up stumbling upon this cute little place for brunch which exhibits the ‘homeless artist of Ermitas’ work! The plant based Sisiog was so so good. Packed with flavour! Coffees were some of the best I have had in the Philippines. Great spot!
