The hotel is a perfect place to stay. The location is excellent and the rooms are outstanding. Staff went the extra mile to exceed expectations. I find that Ascot hotels are a reliable and comfortable choice. The room had everything needed for an extended stay. The property has a restaurant (quite good) pool, gym, barber, travel agency and laundry. The breakfasts were delicious (both menu and buffet) and the restaurant did a good job on breakfast variety and quality. I would be very happy to stay here again.

This is our go-to hotel in Makati. Ticks all the boxes for us: courteous and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, quiet location, and within walking distance from Greenbelt 1. If there's anything annoying, it's the curtains that usually can't be opened all the way. But it really is always a great place to stay at. Well worth the price!

I'd give ten stars for the level of service provided. Everyone here goes over the top to meet every need. The locations in a business district. The great thing about location is it's a 5 minute walk to Greenbelt. Rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is amazing. You'll fall in love with these people. We stay here whenever we visit. Thank you for all you do to make our stay special.

Dogs are welcome in this Hotel but expensive The Staff is very friendly and the Hotel is near by the Bay.Breakfast is included and good. Free Parking.

The people are very accommodating and friendly. I am a current intern here at Sommerset in the Housekeeping Department and as a newbie I instantly felt their warm welcome to us the first day we came here. Until now I felt like we've created a family with them. So many learnings in work terms and in life that I will forever being with me. Special mention to the whole Housekeeper Department for being the best! To the guest service and to all the department!
