Booked rooms for my family and mom's friend. I did not personally stayed in the Hotel, so this feedback is generally the feedback of my family and family friend. Overall, the stay is Excellent and the staff's service is beyond the expectation. The service staff is kind and helpful with my family in a lot of ways. My sister is pregnant and they assisted her in the booking while letting my sister rest in the couch. So in terms of service, Crimson Hotel will have my 5-Star. I personally encountered their good and fast service during Booking (since I was staying overseas). Indeed, they are very helpful. With this positive feedback comes the drawbacks I heard from them - which is: 1. As we opt for a birthday surprise, I thought the teddy bear will come with a clothes with hotel logo with it. Unfortunately, the teddy bear is naked and no memorabilia logo from the hotel. I hope the hotel could've given me a heads-up on this because this is different from what I saw in the website. 2. The toilet in the lobby has no bidet. 3. TV in the room is not upgraded. The signal sometimes deteriorate and there is nothing to watch (for kids). It will be nice-to-have a smart tv since the hotel is 5-star. Other than the minor feedback, we will consider staying in the hotel again.

Been here twice already. A perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable guest experience. Kudos to the man who’s wearing glasses at the front desk, he was warm and friendly, also to Marvin/ Martin. I also love the fact that the Lobby Lounge reinvent their menu, the burger was outstanding. Desserts at Baker J were divine. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service, quick getaway and unforgettable moments. See you again, next month!

Crimson Hotel offers an outstanding experience overall. The location is prime, and the amenities, including a well-equipped gym, rooftop pool with stunning views, and a relaxing spa, are top-notch. The restaurant's diverse menu, featuring both local and international cuisines, is especially commendable. However, there's a notable design flaw in the bathrooms: the shower lacks a door. This results in the entire bathroom area getting flooded, making it inconvenient to use the toilet and mirror after showering. Despite this issue, the hotel's other qualities make it a great place to stay.

The staff are very friendly, the shower pressure is good and the beds are comfortable. However, the room service at night is extremely slow. And the curtains aren’t able to fully cover the room, so the light gets in at 0540. And if you don’t have the correct (two pronged) plug then you can’t charge your laptop whilst working at the work station as the electricity plugs are next to the floor with no room for adaptors.

Me and my wife had our honeymoon here and it's a memorable place for us. Very grateful and enjoyed the experience of our stay here as newly married. Our rooms were very nice, spacious and comfy. Also good for couples celebrating weddings or anniversaries. They had a slice of cake and a letter for congratulating us since we are just married by that day. We had a big window with a city view but no balcony. Good and clean toilet. A really 5 star hotel experience, no doubt about it. So far no negative experiences for us. The buffet breakfast was splendid and had a fantastic dining experience. The food was super delicious and a lot of varieties to choose from. Western and Filipino cuisines are served. The dining place was big and very spacious too. The pool was great too but not that big enough. it was very windy at that time and we weren't able to last longer. Maybe for an hour only and we're done. Not sure if its windy there all day. They also have a pool bar beside the pool that you can order snacks and drinks snacks from there. Parking lots are only located at the basement. Good for hiding your car from the hot sun. Its free, just needed a confirmation stub after check out 01/12/2024
