in the last weekANGKAN Coffee in BGC is a solid choice if you're looking for a good cup of coffee and a comfortable place to work. The coffee is pretty good, and the pastries are decent — a nice complement to your drink if you need a snack. One standout feature is that they don’t charge extra for almond or oat milk, which most cafes usually do. Plus, they offer free Wi-Fi, making it a convenient spot to get some work done or just relax. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

a month agoEarly on a weekday morning, this place was nice and quiet. I can imagine hanging out here and getting a couple of hours of laptop work in. The iced salted caramel latte was delicious and definitely something I would order again. Service was awesome.

5 months agoAs some reviewers have mentioned not charging extra for alternate milk is good but what's great is their standard coffees! If you just want a no nonsense well brewed hot ☕ this is your place. It's the best caffeine hit I've had since coming to Manila and that's speaking as a fussy Melbournian, would be perfect if almond milk was also offered but really can't go wrong here. The Pandan latte was also delish and it's a great space just to chill and refill

3 months agoThe Ethiopia Nikesse single origin coffee I ordered, assuming it was good, was ruined because of their paper-plastic cup only policy. Ironically, this is not their practice in their Capitol Commons branch. What's with that? Wasted my time and money.

6 months agoI really like Angkan because they offer free milk substitutes. You can get non-dairy milk at no extra cost. The ambiance and service are decent. Thankfully, it’s not as hot inside the store compared to last summer. This was probably due to the all-glass and high-ceiling design As for their drinks, I'd recommend their matcha latte over the pandan latte, which is just okay.
