Brought our pet here for 5-in-1 vaccination. We called them up first to know the rates and if there's a long queue. We were told there's no queue at that moment. But when we got there, there were already about 5-6 clients. Nevertheless, we were served and we're done within 30mins. Since it's our first time to have a pet vaccinated, the vet explained what normal side effects we might observe, and what we must watch out for. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience of their service. We're planning to return for the succeeding vaccinations and pet care needs.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. We once had a critical emergency at midnight and they took care of the situation with remarkable professionalism and urgency. Both our dogs with parvo got treated well here, leading to full recovery.

Vet was knowledgeable and communicated important details to us well. He was also open and patient with all our questions. We appreciated his compassion for pets, gently massaging our cat's head when he became fussy. Assistants were knowledgeable and kind too. Ample parking (at least for a Sunday). Amazing customer service!

The image of my puppy being revived and dying in front of me keeps haunting me. Sobrang lupasay na niya nung dinala ko pero sobrang bagal nila kumilos. Imbis na idextrose na lang agad, tinest pa nila (additional 1.2k) which I approved of but her head was literally hanging na lang bago siya itest sa tagal nila. My puppy also initially tested negative for the first they did (1.3k) so they just sent her home with some medicine, but when she died we took her brother (a different pup) to a different vet and he tested positive for parvo. 2nd vet said that it was obviously parvo. I think everything could have been prevented if vet and staff was more knowledgeable and fast..it still hurts everyday. Head’s up also that everything is more expensive here.

The lady veterinarian is very kind and explains everything. They are not like the other vets that would shove their products for you to buy. They are also fast in grooming and their groomers are kind to my fur babies. I just wish they have other brands not just pedigree and royal canine
