Anongsayo Maginhawa

When we first arrived at the area, it was pleasant and neat; the food was good, and the side dishes had a really great taste. I like the other crew, who assisted us well to the dining area, except for that one person with the short-haired lady crew; she had an unpleasant personality when it came to talking to us.

Food quality is very bad not even worth the cheap price considering you only have 2 hours to dine. Servers are rude and arrogant denying they provide reservation slots when we reserved our slot through Stardeals platform, claiming they only do “first come, first serve.” Overall experience is horrendous and horrible, won’t recommend anyone to dine here, Do UKB 199 instead much more cheaper and has a better food quality than they serve here.

During our Samgyupsal meal, we unfortunately discovered a small cockroach in our scrambled eggs. This is an extremely unsanitary and unacceptable incident. Furthermore, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of apology or any form of compensation offered by the food staff. This lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

Food is not good. The servers refused to give us more meat when we only had 20 minutes left from the 2 hours. There were more than 5 of us and we were served with very little portions each time, and this is after making us wait. Even if it is cheap(er), it is not worth your money.

You get what you pay for in terms of food quality. Malawak at maganda naman ang place. Host was funny and good at singing, creating good ambiance. For a group, we left hungry. We suggest taking many orders nalang once you get the chance as the quantity per order is few, there is waiting time for staff to notice & serve, and all of this waiting kasama na siya sa 2-hours unli samgyup. They strictly monitor this. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at the end in terms of service. They were very polite naman except at the end. When we were noticed and about to make an order, we were ubruptly rejected with "Sorry pero 10 minutes left nalang po" in a firm tone, goes to place the receipt, and leaves. On top of it, a different staff tinarayan ako for stating "Hindi na po kami makapagluto", and goes saying "ah eh opo kasi time na kayo" then umalis. Hence the 2 stars.
