When we first arrived at the area, it was pleasant and neat; the food was good, and the side dishes had a really great taste. I like the other crew, who assisted us well to the dining area, except for that one person with the short-haired lady crew; she had an unpleasant personality when it came to talking to us.

During our Samgyupsal meal, we unfortunately discovered a small cockroach in our scrambled eggs. This is an extremely unsanitary and unacceptable incident. Furthermore, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of apology or any form of compensation offered by the food staff. This lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

Food quality is very bad not even worth the cheap price considering you only have 2 hours to dine. Servers are rude and arrogant denying they provide reservation slots when we reserved our slot through Stardeals platform, claiming they only do “first come, first serve.” Overall experience is horrendous and horrible, won’t recommend anyone to dine here, Do UKB 199 instead much more cheaper and has a better food quality than they serve here.

Food is good compare to other branch,the side dish is also good for us.But what sucks to this branch?The staff!!!Service is reallllyyyy bad.First when i enter it took long for staff to notice me,i had to get their attention even im about 5 steps away from them and its not even a full pack diners,2nd when i present the voucher from stardeals i notice the indifference of the staff.We were ushered to the table we didnt choose?Paladesisyon yan if saan uupo?we sat at the table with poor lighting.We have to update the staff the lack of some food in our choice of set and heard loudly the staff saying kasama ba sa promo nila yun?Like te hahanapin ko ba if hindi?Portion serve poorly.You have to wait long for replenish of meats.Staff serve you with a attitude face.We are only four tables at time and im the one who called their attention when one of the diners raising their hand for refill but the staff face is buried in her phone.Food taste great but service is kinda poor.

Food is not good. The servers refused to give us more meat when we only had 20 minutes left from the 2 hours. There were more than 5 of us and we were served with very little portions each time, and this is after making us wait. Even if it is cheap(er), it is not worth your money.
