A’Toda Madre

Nice size apt and so close to the nightlife it sounds like it is in the room with you. No wifi reception in the room, bathroom widow is falling apart and allows blasts of hot air into the room. Staff closes the bathroom door to stop the hot air, but the CR becomes sweltering hot. Faucets leaked very badly. Hot water was turned off and only came on after two complaints. Two stop valves in sink and toilet leaked on the floor. This apartment was not well maintained. Staff was not very responsive at first. This may have been isolated to this one apartment. The 9+ rating does not seem accurate though.

After almost twenty years of staying at Sonnet Tower in Makati, Manila, we are very disappointed to see that no improvements have been made over the years. The hotel has become quite rundown. The cleanliness was particularly concerning; the kitchen was unusable due to its poor state. It is clear that the hotel needs urgent renovations to reach an acceptable standard.

Old room looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 1970s.

Near at bars and very walkable, it's also very near to the infamous filling station. Had lots of fun. After I went to the bar, drunk. It was easy to find my way back . It's also near to a church so after your Sat night life, you can go straight to the Church for Sunday

Great location, and reasonably priced. Only stayed for a short visit, but overall a nice stay. Close to walking street and restaurants.
