Bayleaf Restaurant & Bar Lounge

The stay is amazing. We arrived early and was able to get early check-in for a fee, which we were very happy about after a sleepless flight. We had to wait for an hr as they prepared the early check in but as expected The room was very clean and tidy, very functional. We booked for 6 nights initially, but extended another 2 nights here. There were 4 elevators, was a bit slow but it was functional. They have an amazing rooftop and the view is amazing! I wish the rooftop access stay open longer than 7pm, but we still enjoyed the day time view each time. All the staff in front desk were good! But, I really appreciate the customer service from miss Kyla. She was most efficient, helpful, who can build rapport and stay professional, and always smiling with friendly service, despite the long busy days here as observed. My experience with her was just smooth sailing with no problems. The people at the front doors were welcoming and helpful too, being gentlemen assisting us with the doors and our grab eat orders. Will come back again when next opportunity arise!

St Giles Hotel in Manila: A Wonderful Stay at a Great Price Our recent stay at the St Giles Hotel in Manila was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, We were impressed by the hotel's modern and welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered, from the reception to friendly security personnel to the diligent room cleaners, were polite, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was evident in every interaction. Beyond the excellent service, the St Giles Hotel offers incredible value for money. The room I stayed in was comfortable, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. It had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, my experience at the St Giles Hotel was outstanding. With its great location, wonderful service, and excellent price point, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila. It's an excellent hotel , the staff are attentive, friendly and the service are excellent too. The rooms are organized, neat and clean. The price you pay is equally to the quality of the rooms and everything. I love it very much . It's my first time to check in this hotel and it's like I consider as a palace because of the decorations are expensive and luxurious. They keep everything very clean and accommodated for everyone.

I like the room a lot, it was clean and spacious. Loved that I got a corner room on the 31st floor so the view of the city was amazing during day and night time. They are a bit strict snd charges you with early check ins though unlike with other properties that are so lenient and accommodating that they would provide you a room after a flight.

Overall I was happy with my stay at St Giles. My room was clean and quiet. Staff was nice. However it kinda felt like a "budget experience" with a shower that couldn't keep water pressure and temperature consistent while flooding the bathroom floor, a bathroom door that you have to put your entire body into to open, discolored toilet seat and hallways that radiate a backrooms vibes. Given that for only a slight budget increase (~30%) you can go with a 5-star hotel nearby that offers an actual premium experience, I find it hard to recommend at the price point. But I would definitely come again if they had some special offers or discounts going on.
