4 months agoPerfect little coffee shop if you want some coffee and good food right before your flight. We were hungry and wanted to grab a bite before doing all things flight related. Thanks for the energy!

10 months agoThe most convenient and well designed cafe in Clark International Airport. Unlike the other restaurants, which are situated at the 3rd floor mezzanine, this cafe is at 3rd floor and bounded by low railings that keep the sense of space and coziness of the cafe. Their classic ube cake was not too sweet (a compliment!) and very light (both cake and frosting). The long black coffee was a perfect pair to the cake. The service was fast (pay-as-you-order) and the staff were friendly.

a year agoBluesmith Coffee offers a mixed dining experience, with some hits and misses. The delicious fried chicken stands out as a highlight, boasting a flavorful and crispy coating that is sure to satisfy any poultry lover. It's a definite winner and worth trying. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for their arroz caldo, which disappoints with its lackluster taste. The dish falls flat, lacking the rich flavors and comforting warmth that one would expect from this Filipino rice porridge. It's a missed opportunity for Bluesmith Coffee, and they could definitely improve this aspect of their menu. As for the coffee, it falls into the "okay" category. While not outstanding, it manages to satisfy basic coffee cravings. It might not impress coffee connoisseurs, but it should be adequate for those seeking a quick caffeine fix. It's worth noting that the coffee could benefit from some added variety and more attention to detail in terms of brewing techniques. One aspect that might disappoint some customers is the pricing. Bluesmith Coffee leans towards the pricier side, which might not align with the overall dining experience. This pricing structure is typical for restaurants located inside airports, where costs tend to be higher. However, it's something to consider before deciding to dine here.
