Caravan Black

My friend and I visited Caravan Black and grabbed menus at the counter before being greeted by the staff, who promptly took our orders. I opted for a hot latte and the pancake platter, while my friend tried one of their specialty drinks, Amigo. The Amigo coffee was a 10 oz hot drink featuring espresso, chocolate, and marshmallow. It had a strong coffee base, but the combination of marshmallow and chocolate balanced it well, offering a pleasant sweetness without overshadowing the coffee’s natural bitterness. My latte, on the other hand, was a bit of a letdown. While I enjoyed the rich aroma, the taste felt flat and underwhelming. The pancake platter, which we shared, was much more satisfying. It came with three soft and fluffy pancakes, perfectly fried bacon that was tender but not chewy, and creamy scrambled eggs. Each element was delicious and well-prepared. The interior of the café stood out with its bold and vibrant design. The use of dark emerald green on the walls added an elegant touch that contrasted beautifully with the rest of the décor. The overall aesthetic felt classy and inviting, rather than minimalist. I plan to return, as their orange chicken has caught my attention. While the latte didn’t impress me, the food and ambiance were enjoyable enough to warrant another visit.

Caravan is a good place to chill, catch up, and have some quiet time with a great cup of coffee. They have plenty of options for meals as well - will definitely check this out on our next visit. The cookies are a nice pair with their coffee. Quiet, relaxing ambiance. Worth going back to.

Coffee is a bit too acidic for my taste. Otherwise - good. Pesto pasta chicken felt awesome. I love the raw taste of good pasta and they somehow managed to preserved it, while adding souse and chicken! A masterpiece for my strange taste. Eggplants were good, although a bit too oily for our foreign taste. But for Philippines it seems like it had below average fatness, so its a good thing. I really like the look of this cafe. My favourite green and wood colors.

We had coffee and tea which wasn’t bad, chill ambiance, quiet and cozy just the way I like it.

Caravan Black Coffee in BGC is a great spot for coffee lovers, offering high-quality espresso-based drinks and creative lattes. The cozy, modern ambiance makes it perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. They also have a nice selection of pastries to go with your coffee. However, it can get quite busy during peak hours, and the service can be a bit slow, but the excellent coffee makes it worth the wait!
