Loved it. The ambience, the location, the food, the rooms, the service, you name it. Everything was on point. From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless. The staff was professional, attentive, and always ready to help. And if you're wondering about vegetarian options, they have plenty of great choices too. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the place, but since it was just a transit stay for our 12-hour layover in the Philippines, there wasn’t much time to explore. But I’d definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to visit Manila properly

Was an awesome experience staying in this hotel! As our flight was overbooked Philippine airlines offered us free room, meals, and some cash to volunteer to take a flight the next day. Well we’re so glad we did cause we got to discover this amazing place. We had plans to go out an enjoy our bonus day in Manila but the hotel was so great we ended up not even leaving! Pool area has a large, deep general swimming pool, a 25m lap pool, a kids pool, a hot tub (jacuzzi) and a bar. The hotel has 3 great restaurants: one Chinese, one Japanese, and one international. There’s another bar on site, some shops, and a big impressive lobby. There are so many staff around and they’re all super friends. The room is a little bit dated but overall still very nice. Hot water in all the taps, nice big bed, good WiFi. I’ve since looked up the prices on the booking sites and I think it’s a very good value for what you get so we’ll be sure to start staying in this hotel every time we visit Manila from now on. Thanks PAL for introducing us to this grand old hotel that reminds me of Manila’s more regal past in the 70s and 80s!

Quick review: had a meeting in this hotel. Place is definitely clean and well-maintained. Halls are great, lobbies are well-lit. No options for cheaper food and drinks. Great place but other amenities are limited only to people who booked a room in their hotel. Architecturally pleasing in and out, 24/7 security and lobbyist are available all the time.

I'm actually a bit torn about this because I REALLY LIKE THE FOOD, AND THE STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL. (I also love the dining area aesthetics.) But my husband and I hated our room so much, we checked out right after breakfast. The room is so dated, it looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 70s. (I was born a year after this hotel was built, and I'm almost 50, that should give an idea as to how old it is.) While I enjoy vintage things (see: Las Casas Filipinas), I do not enjoy old and clunky user experience. The toilet doesn't look hygienic, as it's the type to have water so high that you just know you'd get UTI from all that splashing. (We refused to use it, that's why we checked out early.) The shower drain IS CLOGGED. See photo. I actually even removed that cover entirely, and it still took a while for it to drain. That's just nasty. I also saw a tiny cockroach scurrying around. Then we had to call maintenance because we had a problem with the lights. Turns out we needed to restart the circuit breaker. That's just weird. For the same price point, you can book yourself at Hotel Benilde. Heck, Golden Phoenix Hotel (in the same area) is even cheaper, and I thought that was dated, but that's a newborn baby compared to this. At least the bathroom isn't ick. Both of these hotels have parking within the building itself, so you don't have to walk too far. Century's nearby parking is always full, so you need to walk down the street to another parking lot. I kinda feel bad writing this, because the last time I described a hotel room as "in dire need of an update"... Well, that was Sofitel. And now it's permanently closed. I hope this doesn't happen to Century Park Hotel because its age makes it almost a national treasure. Please please please maybe ask Las Casas management how they were able to make old houses feel brand new.

Very good service. The Japanese Restaurant is very good. First time I experienced uni and red snapper on a japanese buffet.. love it..
