2 months agoHad an excellent time at Chairman Fu. The meat was of top quality (and there's a good variety as well to choose from) and their signature dipping sauce was delicious. The mushroom and collagen broth paired well with the meat as well as the vegetables (I also liked how you can choose your own vegetables instead of a fixed set) The service was impressive, staff was incredibly respectful and food was served promptly. One of the best tasting hotpot restaurants out there. Highly recommended!

10 months agoI stumbled into Chairman FU Hotpot and Bar on my recent visit to Newport World Resorts. I can’t recall if I’ve ever tried hotpot before, but I was keen to try this place. I’d say this hotpot experience was absolutely incredible. I loved the quality of the food, the service was great, and the overall ambience was classy! I particularly enjoyed the Chinese halo-halo! What a surprise!

a year agoOther than their excellent meat choices, you can’t skip out on their appetizers! Definitely a social dining experience to enjoy with friends or family. 💖 More details in the pictures. Not in the pictures that we also enjoyed: Their Mala Rice & Crispy Tripe Salt & Pepper 🌶️ 🤤 (gone as soon as it hit the table)

a year agoFancy, amazing food, excellent service. You’re definitely getting what you pay for here. Not your typical hotpot restaurant — besides the fact that the price is on a premium level, Chairman FU is different because: - You get individual soup pots. - The soup broth seems all-natural (doesn’t taste like powdered broth) - Meats are super fresh; served on top of cold rocks!! :) - Actual fire is used, not induction pan - Veggies served are high quality, doesn’t look like rejects - Sauce cart offers sooo many options TIP: when server offers to make their signature sauce for you, please accept it. Ask for “sweet and spicy” and they’ll make the best dipping sauce everrr.

a year agoFancy hotpot place in Newport Mall with nice private rooms available. Sides were good — especially their mala beef fried rice. Service is quick and attentive too! They offer free Chinese halo-halo dessert when you answer a quick survey at the end of the meal.
