in the last weekI have stayed here with some colleagues recently and I must say, their service is amazing. We checked in earlier than expected and were made to feel so welcome. I was travelling with a Muslim colleague and the team at the front desk, and the kitchen went out of their way to accommodate our meals. My colleague had a special meal prepared each day, and they were served with explanation and lots of smiles. I also love their location, and it is a short walk to the Mall of Asia and also to the waterfront. The hotel also provides shuttle service to and from the airport which is very convenient for us.

in the last weekWe had a wonderful stay during our vacation in Manila last January 2024. Breakfast is good and staff were very warm they even went up to the pool to sing and greet my son a HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Our family appreciate it so much. a month agoOverall, everything was excellent. However, the staff in charge of the gym and bar could benefit from some additional training in guest hospitality and welcoming accommodations. On the positive side, the night security team was very attentive and thorough, taking the extra step to check our Grab car to ensure we didn’t leave anything behind before we departed. A very thoughtful touch

a month agoWe had a very good stay, a little late on check-in but compensated us for a late check out as well. Booked 1BR premier, very homey. Service are excellent, from staff and security personnel are very friendly and always smiling. Location is superb, beside mall and walking distance from dfa. Overall, great hotel. Thank you.
