The staff was always eager to assist, whether it was helping with our luggage, providing local recommendations, or ensuring our deliveries reached our room without any hassle. The hotel lobby has a lounge area perfect for doing a little bit of office work (with outlet for devices) or just hangout. Also has coffee shop and restaurant. You can leave your baggage at the reception area, free of charge. The hotel provided limited but free van service going to picc. Food was so-so. Kinda limited choices compared with other (3-star) hotels. Dried fish was too salty, and butterscotch was too sweet. Staff were accommodating and very pleasant. Our room had hot and cold water, iron for clothes, hair blower, mini fridge. Toiletries were not readily provided and had to be requested. Upon check out, however, they did not provide assistance even when requested.
