a week agoAfter spending nearly six months living in this hotel, I can confidently say that it is much more than just a place to stay. From day one, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, providing warm and genuine hospitality that exceeded all my expectations. The facilities are spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas designed for maximum comfort. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its team. Every staff member demonstrates a level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication that turns a simple stay into a special experience. Always attentive and ready to help, they anticipate guests’ needs and create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. If you’re looking for a hotel where excellent service and hospitality are a priority, this is the place to be. 2 weeks agoSuper friendly service. The staff members are so welcoming and accommodating. The room is clean and very comfortable. It’s a 4 star hotel but they supply tea, coffee. It has a microwave and a fridge. The breakfast is very good value for money. It’s very close to the shopping centre and it has a grocery store next to the hotel. I will stay there again for sure.

a month agoI have stayed here with some colleagues recently and I must say, their service is amazing. We checked in earlier than expected and were made to feel so welcome. I was travelling with a Muslim colleague and the team at the front desk, and the kitchen went out of their way to accommodate our meals. My colleague had a special meal prepared each day, and they were served with explanation and lots of smiles. I also love their location, and it is a short walk to the Mall of Asia and also to the waterfront. The hotel also provides shuttle service to and from the airport which is very convenient for us.

a month agoI highly recommend Citadines Manila Bay to everyone. I’m impressed with how clean and convenient this place is. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive especially Rich at the receptionist desk. The security guys made sure of our safety, they even checked taxis to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We’ll definitely stay here again.

a month agoWe had a wonderful stay during our vacation in Manila last January 2024. Breakfast is good and staff were very warm they even went up to the pool to sing and greet my son a HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Our family appreciate it so much. We will never forget our stay and we would like to thank Ms. Beryl Modesto who assisted us in our booking.
