a month agoWe were so fortunate to stay for 3 nights at Citadines Bay City - Manila during our family vacation in April 2024. The location was great, near the airport, MOA, and many restaurant and food options walking distance from the hotel. We had breakfast every morning in Citadines restaurant and the service was amazing, especially from Berna (waitress) who so kind and always greeted us every morning, seating our 3 families together and was attentive to our needs. The staff at the entrance were always so kind and willing to help with everything! The service was definitely exceptional at this hotel that it definitely exceeded our expectations and made us feel safe and welcoming. We couldn't say thank you enough. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip back to the Philippines!

a month agoCitadines Bay Manila is our preferred hotel partner in Pasay. Rooms are very spacious and perfect for families. It's close to the airport so the location is ideal for our guests who wants to have a quick Manila tour after their training. Service is outstanding. Allan P. and the front desk staff are very accommodating. Beryl is wonderful to work with. My booking is often on short notice, so it's nice that she answers my call even after work hours or even when she's on vacation or on leave. Our guests are all praises to the hotel's service and amenities, so our clients are happy as well.

2 weeks agoIt was our first time staying here and they even provided a complimentary upgrade. We enjoyed their One Bedroom Premier as it comes with a kitchen and washing machine. Kudos to polite and friendly receptionists Marj, Tine and Ben! Hope to stay again here!
