in the last weekCitadines Roces exceed our expectations. The hotel is new and beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and the room was clean, comfy, and spacious. Complete appliances in the room. Felt like a home away from home! My son had an assignment and had to compare the weights of small objects. The front desk staff graciously let us use the coffee weighing scale. Check-in was a breeze and they offer complimentary coffee for Ascott members. My son as we were about to leave: “I’ll miss this place, mom.🥲” Will definitely be back! Highly recommend this hotel for both short and long-term stays. ❤️

a month agoVisited from Australia. Wonderful place to stay at. Pool on level 8 was nice. Gym equipment is sufficient for a hotel. Rooms are extremely spacious. Breakfast buffet was great. Shout out to my guy, JM, manning the doors, for his excellent customer service.

3 months agoGiving a 5 star review on this hotel. To start off my review, Citadines Roces has ample parking and good service. We barely waited to check in and the staff were friendly. Housekeeping is often seen cleaning rooms or floors, and in my opinion that is a good thing to see in a hotel. The breakfast was good, although they could still add more selections. Definitely would stay again.

2 weeks agoWe enjoyed our stay at Citadines! Great breakfast options and modern comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed our daily chat with JM who made us smile every day. The attentive service of Karl in the restaurant was also unmatched!
