2 years agoAs a long term staying tenant, the management in this building doesn't make any senses. This is the only condo I've ever stay in Makati which require the tenant to ask permission from the unit owner whenever we want to travel. It feels like we rent a condo with semi jail regulations. The receptionist tend to have double standar between local and expat, they tend to be more supportive with local. Good facilities, but poor building management.

6 years agoIts surroundings is so quite and walking distance to ayala business center. They don't have a spacious lobby but I love the pool on the 7th floor (I cant remember what exact floor it is)

5 years agoNEVER NEVER NEVER live on the floor near 7th.Cuz the condo will lent the hall to people DO NOT live here FOR MONEY!Sometimes the party goes on till 1 or 2 A.M. U totally can not fall asleep.It's so annoy and unsafe!
