The place is spacious and can accommodate a lot of people. Great for parties and team building. Although the floorings are very slippery they should change the tiles to non slippery. It's very accident prone. Going to the place is challenging because of the steep and narrow roads. Parking can only accommodate 2 to 3 cars. Overall the amenities are great and great for bonding.

1. The internet connection is slow 2. After swimming our body itches and the pool floor is slippery. I hope the swimming pool is at least cleaned. 3. There are no blankets in the room. 4. Aircon blow is also weak 5. The remote for their tv (they are using youtube karaoke) is hard to press. I’ve raised this to the staff but he told me that is normal. The labels on the remote are also faded so it's hard to identify where the back button is. 6. They have a pingpong table but they don't have a ball. 7. Their bed bunk is no longer stable, it is shaking and their other bend bunk with a ladder is deformed. Since made of metal. Going to the place is challenging because of the steep and narrow roads. The family were excited for the long weekend, we booked this place to celebrate the family event but instead, what happened is a horror story and left trauma for us. When we entered the resort, the chemicals can be smelled strong. We thought it was just chlorine. The pool water was slimy to touch, we cannot even dip our heads because it really hurt our eyes. We were itchy before then, we thought it was just an allergy or insect bite but most of us especially the children developed allergic contact dermatitis because of the chemicals in the pool! Nag sugat sugat sya, even I got it banda sa leg part. What worst is our children had severe allergic reaction. Kawawa po, di namin naenjoy and na maximize yung place. Before we leave, we asked them to test the pool water and it came out very ACIDIC!!! Imagine we were swimming in the acid. Mali yung pagkakaintindi ng stuff sa PH levels! Walang proper training. And the owner did not make accountability for the damage they caused. Fully paid ako but they just waived yung excess pax which costs around 1600 yata. And the ointments we spent around 2300. I was expecting na mag refund sila for the damage and headaches they caused us!! PERO WALA. We demand for them to test the water pool kasi kung wala, papalampasin lang! We should have file complaint to what happened to us pero pinalampas nalang. Be mindful nalng sa chemicals nung pool.
