For someone living around the vicinity, it's very convenient. It has all the basics: BPI, BDO, Mercury Drug, Watsons, Puregold, Ace Hardware, Robinson's Handyman, Salons, Nail Spas, Starbucks, Coco, Jollibee, Chowking, Hap Chan, Shakey's, Goldilocks, Gerry's, Giligan's, a food court at the 2nd floor, a dance studio, Palawan Pawnshop, Western Union...and so much more!

compare to other ayala malls this is unusual, parking fees ang mahal.

A decent community mall. It houses Puregold, Mi department store, Ace Hardware, Do It Best Handyman, Anytime Fitness, a food court and a small section for tech stuff. Could've been better if it had cinemas.

A less bigger version of Ayala Mall located in Marikina Heights compared to other branches of Ayala Malls. Still, it has enough parking space, clean comfort rooms for male and female, enough stores for shopping clothes, with grocery, food stalls, restaurants, hardware, furniture store, bank, drug store, arcade and mobile outlets.

We love this mall, as it's not that crowded and, you'd find all what you might need at one place. Plenty of dining options including some of the famous fast food chains. You can also get your groceries from PureGold. Not to forget, they have Ace hardware + Handyman + DIY. They do have a lot of parking slots with a minimal fee. Also, there are two tricycle stations by the entrances. Watsons & Mercury pharmacies are available as well. Shout out to their friendly security team, as they'll greet you with a smile .
