Very good hotel with very friendly staff, very welcoming. Great food and always some form of sport on the TVs for the fans of football, rugby, soccer and many other. Give this place a try for good food, very reasonable priced rooms and friendly staff, you will not be disappointed.

Great place to watch AFL, with like-minded people including local staff. I’d go so far as to say it is better than any Australian sports bar I’ve visited, as you can focus on the footy without it being drowned out by bloody horse racing!

Stayed here a couple nights as it is right in Ermita and around the main places anyone needs to go. Bar was awesome and the food was good. Cold reasonably priced beers too. The live music and pool table was an added plus. The cable TV had all the main news channels you would need along with a great selection of sports channels. Internet was decent getting about 25Mbps in my room from the nearby router. Only issue I had why I am knocking it a star was upon checkout I was blamed for stealing chocolates out of the mini bar which was never there in the first place. I always video my room upon entering budget hotels and it was eventually cleared up as never being there but thought that was piss poor customer service without an apology. Check your mini bar if you are staying here!

One of the older bars in Malate and still good. Relaxed and cozy with a somewhat vintage feel. Beer prices are reasonable and staff always friendly, helpful and entertaining. A smoking area exists at the back; somewhat amusingly its a small office type 'broom cupboard' but serves its purpose. For a pub type bar this place is one of the best in the area, particularly for those who dislike modern soulless artificial 'pub' environments. This place is the real deal.
