Nice building and friendly guards and maintenance people. We like it here :) Strict admin. Only two guests allowed in the pool even if the pool is completely empty. Does not make any sense.

This place is beautiful and the receptionists are very accommodating. The guards are much better to serve you and help you.

So unbecoming of a brand like Ayala to deliver subpar interior finishes to a so-called luxury property. The overall quality or lack of it in terms of doors, tiling, floor, walls, cabinets, ALL fixtures, paint colors, ceiling heights, floor layouts, etc. are what you'd expect of a low-budget abode situated in some negligible address. They're so not living up to the 'prestige' Makati address. To think that the landholdings have been with them since time immemorial, they've got nothing to lose by giving buyers their money's worth; in terms of better quality finishes and everything else --- considering the price point. You're just buying the address, nothing more. If escala's like this, I'd cringe trying to imagine what the Avidas would look like.

A friend bought a unit here and I visited once. Looks classy, though the location is not as good..
