6 years agoWorst service stayed at 22nd floor. The house rule paper was on the doorstep when we entered at 7pm, paper was dragged inside the room. Rushing in for a dinner with relatives, when we went home at 11pm, the houserule paper was back at the doorstep. And oh, my mom had goosebumps upon initial entering the room. We need to turn on the lights coz it was hell creepy like as if someone is looking at us. Got up at 1am and told mom, i couldnt sleep. We requested for extra beds to join into another room(of my cousins) but they said nk available bedfoams and sheets. I thank God for that.. 1:30am walking with our luggages and thank God we found charterhouse hotel along legazpi makati, old yet newly renovated. No eerie feelings.
