in the last weekI’ve been in this hotel a few times. Service is always great. This is the first time we used the swimming pool with kids. The access to pool is quite a long walk when carrying a heavy toddler. Other than that everything’s good. I really appreciate the fruit platter that goes with the room just because the kids love it! :) I really wanna know their sercret on how to keep the whole place so well maintained. I know some hotels are relatively new but there are already signs of wear and tear. The exchange regency hotel is always neat and classic.

in the last weekThis is my first time staying at this hotel; it's very comfortable and has an enjoyable view. The bed is incredibly comfy and fresh, and the room is clean and cozy. The staff is welcoming and accessible. Loving this hotel very much! I will definitely return.

3 weeks agoThe customer service is super commending. Super clean rooms and staff are very welcoming. The rooms are cozy and we enjoyed the amenities. The housekeepers really made sure our room is clean and extend efforts to help us on our needs. Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

a month agoI had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing everything we asked for. The gym, billiard area, and the relaxing floor with the pool were fantastic and made our stay even better. The only thing that could improve is the room cleanliness, as it could have been a bit better. Overall, a nice experience!

5 months agoThe place is massive and impressive. I recently stayed at The Exchange Regency Residence Hotel, and it was amazing! The ambiance was beautiful, with a perfect blend of modern and traditional decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Overall a wonderful experience for me and my family. From the front staff to housekeepers, I give everyone 5 stars for their wonderful service. Everyone was very helpful and nice at this hotel. Room service, Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable.
