House Manila at Newport World Resorts

Never again. I was booked in here by my company. They usually put me in 4 or 5 star hotels so this was a real shock. Rooms are tiny. But comfortable enough I thought....until 1:30am when my bathroom light starts to randomly turn on and off. Glass wall of bathroom means it wakes me up. Did it a couple of times so I rang down to ask how to stop it and they just wanted to send an engineer.....it's now 2am so I packed up,.got dressed and went to reception. After a HUGE argument they agreed to change my room (to a worse room, but at least no flashing lights). Traffic noise still very bad. Next morning went to breakfast and I can only describe it as a zoo. Huge room, packed with people , no spare tables. I ended up sharing with another guy also looking. Most of the food dishes empty. Very limited choice. On balance, never again. On leaving Grab took ages to arrive because the location is so bad (on way system).

Stayed here one night with my sister and we were allowed to check in early. Kudos to the front desk for their hospitality and kindness. The lobby was spacious and there were many seats. The breakfast could have had more choices for main dishes, but as a person who LOVES bread, I adored the bread section! This hotel had one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. Would 100% stay here again!

Too crowded hotel, seems old.. not seems very impressive comparing with other Holiday In Xpress.. they are near from the airport!! so if you tight in budget and want to spend the night only u can consider this place. they gave you meal coupon if u miss the breakfast because of early flight... seven eleven,Mcdonald's everything is nearby.

I love our stay! I asked the front desk if it’s possible to check in early because we’re still sleepy from the 5am flight,luckily the frontdesk c allowed us to enter the room 2 hrs earlier than the check in time. I love the coziness, how comfortable the bed was and the smell of the clean room plus the staffs are so friendly ❤️

Love the place, the service and the staff. We always have a goodnight sleep whenever we are at Holiday Inn. Strong internet access, cold air conditioning. This time we celebrated my son's birthday and everything is perfect it's near Newport city mall a walking distance from the hotel.
