a month agoBooked a Prestige room during a holiday. The room and bathroom was excellent. It was good that they put water refilling stations on each floor instead of using water bottles for each room. Service was also good specially the guards who lent us an umbrella as it was raining when we went out.

a week agoCentrally located in Makati, within walking distance of all the entertainment venues. The swimming pool and spa are amazing to enjoy during daytime. Rooms as you would expect in a 5 star hotel

a month agoI can’t believe the price and amenities at this location. At first it didn’t seem kid friendly but my 3 had a blast at the infinity pool. The buffet was great and the rooms are well kept. Free parking, dessert and massages when you do a package?!? Can’t beat that. Thanks I’m—— visitors from the Bay Area

2 months agoWe had a very pleasant stay. The staff were all kind and considerate, and they generously provided all the things I requested. The facilities are well-maintained and are really nice and clean. We also had their Common Ground restaurant’s chocolate pecan cheesecake and it was heavenly! We will most likely come back here again.

a month agoMy stay at IM Hotel was exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The amenities, including the pool and restaurant, were top-notch. The location is ideal, with everything easily accessible. Highly recommend and will definitely return!
