2 months agoI really want to like this spa, there's a few things I feel the need to be improved. I respect the hustle, but come prepared. First, its location is easy to get lost & hard to find. I tried calling, and all they said was we're on the 5th floor. I went into the mall main entrance & ended up at the left elevators, I went to the 5th floor & it was a construction site. The casino security was more eager to help than the receptionist on the phone. (Go up the right elevators at the end of the hall) The masseuse I had was nice, but it wasn't a great massage nor a bad one. It was mediocre. There were moments during the 90-minute massage I thought she might have been dozing off. She never asked if there were any specific regions where I wanted more focus or the pressure. I digress. When the massage finished, she asked if I wanted ginger tea or water & went out of the room. She came in with water when I was getting up to get dressed. She then proceeded to pass me the gratuity notebook to fill in the tips. To be honest, I appreciate the hustle. However, could she not have waited when I'm dressed and not just in a towel? I asked if I could get dressed first, then sign. She just gave me a blank stare. I guess that's a no, so I enquired how much the massage was. I wanted to tip by percentage (US standards), she said she didn't know and I have to ask the receptionist when I go out to pay. I asked if i could tip when I am paying the bill & she said no, I'd have to fill in the tips now. Finally, when it was time to pay. The receptionist said the tips had to be in cash. I had no PHP on me, being in transit to UAE and not staying in Manila. After a blank look, she just charged the card. I would only recommend this place if you're dying to be out of the airport at terminal 3 & wanted to kill time. Also, if you have nasal allergies, this is probably not the place for you, my room (room 9) triggered my allergies.

10 months agoThe private rooms are really large so I was excited, but the Swedish massage was of poor quality. She spent way too much time on my hands and head. The back massage was very short and the room was very cold. Not good for 1100 PHP.

2 months agoI had the 60min foot massage and a rush for time due to transit flight at Terminal 1. The therapist wasn't giving enough strength at the start so I had to let her know. Place is excellent. Foot massage was average. Had to pack up when therapist went to get hot towel & ginger tea. Quickly paid.

a year agoIf you're in the area and in need of a Swedish massage, this is the place to go. The masseuse really worked the stiffness out of my body. The heated pad on my back, as well as heated towels after each part, was done and felt really good, like it was relaxing me even further. First time I've had it like that. You can find the spa on the 5th floor via the elevator or stairs near the cinema on the 4th floor. Was a little tricky for us, but found it.
