Kale Cafe + Restaurant

This is a small, cozy place perfect for a simple date. Both the coffee and the food we ordered were great. I feel like the serving size was a bit bigger than I expected so I was very full after eating here. No complaints, would love to come back and try different things next time.

One of my favorite restaurants in Fairview. Small cafe with a very homey interior. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My favorite dish in Kale is their Salmon Donburi. Recommended dishes - grilled chese, steak with squash puree, hainanese chicken, and katsu sandwich. Pasta options are ok. I also recommend this place for intimate private events

Tried steak, pasta, salmon multiple times since they’re near my place, the food were great. Last night we also tried the chicken, its yummy but very small serving size. Waiting time is longer but its fine at least they’re freshly cooked. Place is a little bit small and hard to dine in of you’re a large group. Fave would always be the steak

The place is nice. Good ambiance. You can really enjoy a cup of coffee here. The waitress who served us was very friendly and nice. For the food, we're satisfied! Especially for the steak, I ordered medium-rare, and I got a perfect medium-rare! Kudos to the chef. The only downside was the Kastu Sando. It was hard to chew since it was a little burnt, but that's it. Overall, we've had an excellent experience here at Kale Cafe. We will definitely return here.
