a month agoPaid in full online but other details were not included, I have to pay 1,500 php for a security deposit, which I asked what it is for, but receptionist cannot answer fully it is just that it is required to pay, will be refunded upon checkout. Full transparency is what the hotel lacks. Room is bad as well, I can see stains on the provided comforter, lack of proper chair for its desk. No heater. Has a door in a room, which is kind of like security issue for me, even if it is locked. Bed is not comfortable to sleep on. Fridge is not even working. Facilities are way too outdated, and is begging for renovations and appliances upgrades. Location is good due to close proximity to shops and restaurants, even convenience store and train station.

4 months agoI gave 5 stars for the location due to the convenient roads for walking and once your outside of the bldg. there are some restaurants to choose and a covenient store so you don't have to go farther or order thru grab. Just like the location... Big room but not cleaned properly during our stay. The amenities can use comfortably coz its not crowdy and you can peacefully relax...

10 months agoVery unhappy with room. Security latch on door was broken. Looks like the door had been broken into multiple times. Stains on the furniture. Felt unsafe and unsanitary in the room. When we complained about the conditions of our room we were told there would be no refund. I can understand one night, but you’re still going to charge us for two more nights? We ended up staying somewhere else that night. Avoid this place!
