Had a wonderful stay at Lime Resort Manila! The rooms were well-maintained, the amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The staff was courteous and helpful, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. However, the only downside was the lift situation. For such a large hotel, having only three lifts made the wait time quite long—even late at night, it took an average of 3-5 minutes to get a lift. This became inconvenient, especially during peak hours. Overall, it's a great place to stay, but improving the lift system would enhance the guest experience significantly!

Unfortunately, my stay was not great. The elevators were few and small, which makes it a bit uncomfortable since you have to wait as well. The breakfast buffet was just okay, but it felt repetitive and lacked variety. The tables are not cleaned well and even the smell of the ground floor is not good. I also had some issues with the staff. While some of them are polite, it often took a while to get a response to requests, and there were times when they didn’t seem to have answers or struggled to communicate properly. The comfort room didn’t meet expectations either, it didn’t feel as comfortable as I hoped. If you’re looking for a more relaxing, hassle-free stay, you might want to consider other options.

Lime Resort Manila should just close down and save everyone the misery. This place is an absolute dump masquerading as a “luxury” hotel. After 34 hours of travel, I was forced to sit in the lobby for three more hours before checking into the empty Presidential Suite because they were allegedly doing “quality checks.” What a joke. The second I walked in, I realized no one had checked anything, air filters were caked in filth, the bathroom light didn’t work, and everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in months. It took hours for them to send someone to fix the lights, and even then, it didn’t matter because the lights wouldn’t turn off. Yes, you read that right, I spent almost every night sleeping with the lights on because they wouldn’t shut off from the switches. The hotel is falling apart. There’s visible water damage everywhere, and after experiencing the plumbing firsthand, I know why. The shower pan overflows into the main bathroom area, the drains are clogged, and the floors aren’t even sloped properly for drainage, so water just sits there like a shallow kiddie pool of disappointment. After three nights, I gave up on the “luxury” experience and moved to a King Executive Room, thinking it might be better. It wasn’t. The same nightmare, filthy floors, stained sheets, broken plumbing, and overall neglect. To top it all off, there’s a tablet next to the bed with an uncovered camera. I don’t know if they’re watching guests, but it’s creepy as hell and the last thing I want in a hotel room. Oh, and let’s talk about the smell. This place literally smells like sewage. Walking around inside and outside the hotel is like inhaling raw toilet fumes. And don’t expect any help from the staff, they are comically useless (the service was literally an inside joke for my entire teams stay setting lower bars every day), with the sole exception of a server named Rhuj in the breakfast room, who deserves a medal for being the only competent employee in the building. No one helped with bags, I had to beg for basic necessities like towels and glasses (which they charge extra for), and hotel management clearly does not care. And if all that wasn’t bad enough, sleeping here is physically impossible. The “best” rooms are directly under a rooftop DJ, blasting music so loud that the bass shakes the walls. You don’t just hear the music, you feel it in your soul, like a final punishment for making the mistake of staying here. This place was so bad I left two days early even though I had already paid. That’s how unbearably awful it was. Lime Resort Manila is a joke and an insult to hotels everywhere. Burn your money before booking here... it’ll be a better investment.

Amazing hotel! Ticks all the boxes that we normally look for in a hotel like great infinity pool, breakfast with great selection, comfy and clean bed, and friendly staff. We have booked another date and likely to book with family as well. Near to MOA. Don't be put off with ongoing development in surrounding area. Nice to do plane spotting as it's within the flight path from NAIA.

I am very dissatisfied with this hotel. The elevator takes a long time to arrive and is always overcrowded. I had a luggage box that needed to be sealed with tape, so I called the front desk to request some, but they told me they didn’t have any. To be sure, I went down to the lobby to ask again, but they still insisted they didn’t have any tape—even though I could see the tape sitting right on the desk. Before checking out, I brought my luggage box down and asked one last time if they could help me with some tape. The front desk staff still firmly refused, insisting that they had no tape and could not assist me. I was very surprised that they had tape right there but refused to help customers. Fortunately, another staff member saw the situation and helped me seal my luggage. I am extremely dissatisfied with the phone operator and front desk staff at Lime Resort Hotel Manila during the 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM shift on March 8, 2025.
