2 weeks agoI went to their place for their buffet. It was a great experience indeed from the variety of foods, spacious dining area and impressive aesthetic design of the place and comfy ambiance. Perhaps they could improve their open parking which is preferred for buffet going guests. Their open parking is not paved by cement and somewhat appears desolated (with lots of rocks, grass and potholes)

a month agoHotel Name: Lime Hotel Location: Pasay Metro Manila Stay Duration: 1night Review Title: “A Refreshing Stay with Excellent Service” I recently stayed at Lime Hotel, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel’s modern design and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a relaxing stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff greeting me warmly and providing all the necessary information about the property. My room was stylishly decorated, immaculately clean, and featured thoughtful amenities like a cozy seating area, complimentary refreshments, and a well-stocked minibar. The dining options were a highlight of my stay. The hotel’s restaurant offered a diverse menu with fresh, flavorful dishes. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with a mix of local specialties and international favorites, all served with prompt and friendly service. The facilities were equally impressive. The rooftop pool was a standout feature, offering stunning city views and a serene atmosphere. I also appreciated the well-maintained fitness center and the convenience of having a 24-hour concierge who helped me plan local activities. What set Lime Hotel apart was the attention to detail and personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always addressing me by name and making me feel at home. If there’s one area for improvement, I would suggest enhancing the in-room lighting, as it was slightly dim for working or reading. Overall, my stay at Lime Hotel exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, style, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to visiting again! 2 weeks ago12/22/24 - This hotel resort used to have great Manila Bay sunset view until various reclamation projects started popping up the bay. Poor Sofitel Hotel, this could be one of the reasons for the closure. Good thing Lime Resort is just beside the Seascape Village with different Asian restaurants and live band at the outdoor entertainment park. This adds a reason to visit the place. Im giving low score to the location because it's close to an old creepy film center known to be haunted and can only be reached via private car or taxi. The entrance to the hotel seems a ghost town. I scored 5 star with the services and the staff. Good training on customer care. Room and amenities are nice and neat. I like the veranda view. And I like most that they allow pet (with extra fee) I love the smell of the entire place, seems premier hotel. The elevators could be very busy during holidays or peak days, same with the buffet area. Breakfast is so so but the view in the outdoor dine place is nice.

2 weeks agoMe and my family had our Christmas Eve dinner buffet at Lime. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we were moved to a function room instead of the beach club. The vibe was very different but thanks for still pulling it off! Thank you Lime Manila staff specially to Sir Gray and Joel. Great service!!

2 weeks agoSadly, we had a very unpleasant experience in this hotel. We saw cockroaches in the room. One toothbrush provided in the room has already been used, good thing we noticed that the plastic has been opened already and the toothbrush was wet, disgusting. First time we experienced in a hotel, that they were asking for payment for the replenishment of the amenities ( fresh towels, tissue paper, coffee and tea) in the room, we were checked in for 2 nights and 3 days. Worst of all, the in room dining-we waited for more than an hour and half for the food to be delivered to our room. Guess what, the food were not even warm, super sad. Their service recovery was even worst, they sent a plate of fruits (no longer fresh), and pastries to our room. Totally no value for money, staff were nice but obviously not coordinated. I hope this helps guide the future guests in this hotel.
