a month agoOur family had checked in here before and it is our first time to check in here again for this year. I noticed that they renovated their lobby. It looks more modern and chic than before. There are still ongoing construction in their lobby hallway, but it is more vibrant now. We booked their newly renovated rooms and it was so big and more spacious. They had long desks also. Their amenities are still the same and I hope they upgraded their entertainment/ play area at the top floor, there are few things to do in there. Their breakfast buffet is always presented nice and the food tasted good. It can be comparable to other known hotels out there, though the selection is a bit few. Their staff are nice. From the entrance to the amenities area, though I noticed their staff on the reception area are not approachable and seem to always feel busy even though it is a dead hour. I get why some reviews says the staff are not accommodating in the lobby. I hope they improve their management and hospitality. Overall, I liked their newly renovated interior and we had a great time.

3 weeks agoElegant spacious clean rooms. Helpful friendly staffs. Only down side we experienced is the checking out. They have the longest waiting period for the check out and for the service baggage trolley handlers were not that helpful.

2 months agoAbsolutely fantastic service. The crew is very kind, professional and friendly. The rooms are always clean, the bathroom is spacious, with a large shower. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax, with the amazing panorama of Metro Manila. We've been here before and will be back for sure.

4 months agoThe hotel provides a pleasant business environment, although the rooms could benefit from modernization. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. The fitness center is adequate, and the location is convenient.

a month agoLuxent Hotel is located in a very busy area, constant traffic jam is a big problem to get around. Hotel is a bit worn out and can use a good upgrade and modernization… interior design, amenities, everything is ok but not WOW factor. Minibar had a pitcher with filtered water which you can refill from the tap in the hall. There was nothing else. Electric teapot was there with 2 little packs of instant coffee, sugar and powered creamer. On the 2nd day a lonely Lipton teabag appeared as well. I love my herbal tea before going to bed, or decaf coffee in the evening, none of these options was available. Bed was comfortable, air-conditioner and telly were working but bathroom was reeking this subtle public bathroom smell, it was unfortunate. Room interior is US style, quite spacious. My room was on the 15th floor, with the view over the skyline and nice sunsets. Toiletries were replenished daily but with products if different seemingly random brands. Large towels were offered, no small ones and no bathrobe. There were sleepers though. There a glass partition between bathroom and bedroom but you can drown a shade down. Breakfast and lunch/dinner buffet was copious and quote delicious. In general nothing was wrong but overall spirit is was old, outdated, and smelly hotel… Wifi is unstable. Some days it was fine, other days is was breaking off all the time.
