Luxent Hotel

Don't mind the three stars for location, this was a work trip and could not have been put in a more out of the way place compared to the office. Staff exceptionally friendly, buffet dinner of very good quality, though I only ate there twice. Room service of same high standard. Drinks prices in front bar outrageous to be honest, thought I'd bought a bottle of gin rather than a single G&T! The pool on Level 6 of the front building is better and less frequented by the one on Level 17 on the rear building, so use that one. Not as big, but quieter, same area as the gym too, so makes a workout and swim easy.

Absolutely fantastic service. The crew is very kind, professional and friendly. The rooms are always clean, the bathroom is spacious, with a large shower. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax, with the amazing panorama of Metro Manila. We've been here before and will be back for sure.

Booked our training conference here and found that the place met and exceeded our expectations. Booking process was a breeze, was promptly and appropriately compensated for some errors that were made on the hotel’s end. All our needs were met, hotel even went above and beyond our requirements. Buffet was great, selection was wide and high quality. Will make sure to be back for our future requirements.

Quite a comfortable hotel. I was on the Club Floor and had access to the Prima Club Lounge which was a nice, quiet spot to relax. Meeting facilities are excellent and service is above average. Only wish was that the Club Floor had a separate gym.

The hotel provides a pleasant business environment, although the rooms could benefit from modernization. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. The fitness center is adequate, and the location is convenient.
