You can have fun and relax, they have one working elevator, High association dues and smelly hallways.

It´s a nice place, but the bulding is old and smelling. And to ask for 150 PHP for using the pool is more then naughty.

place is great. smol pool but still great. -⭐ parking is hard access. quite a walk when you park in the middle of the night since the access is in the complete opposite side of the building

Great cozi place to live at. Security, pool always clean and everywhere there is a food Bazaar outside. They have a super mini mall with good drinks, food and hardware. I live here temporary just to be with my wife as we are waiting for our visa to go to America. Update: my wife is in America now 🥹 We liver there almost a total of one year this is combined with 2023 and some months in 2022. Mplace is a place of residence I will remember for a long time. It's very peaceful, people are nice, food spots locally is the best, buko and sorbet man always there, veggies stand outside the cond is always a big plus to buy cheap veggies and fruits In the mall in mplace we went to ersao, Ikshava, Turks and potato corner. They all have really good food. My favorite go to drink will always be Ikshava. It's made with pure cane sugar straight from the cane tube it self. Yes that's right! They squeeze the sugar juice out of it and make anything sweet. Everything at Turks is really good, potato corner is all good. As for ersao their beef stew is really good and couldn't get enough of it. Which drinks did I have at Ikshava? Ur going to have to find out on your own. That was the fun part knowing there is many flavors and combos to choose from. We been to surrounding restaurants in the area.. restaurants you will never r know about because you probably always trying the same thing over and over. I figured out which is the best restaurants in that area and I won't tell you which ones they are.
