a month agoWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the admin and receptionist (Crizilyn), who doesn’t smile and seems unaware of her responsibilities, as well as the guard (John Kerr I. Merenciano from Northcom Security and Investigation Agency). They need extensive customer service training before being placed in positions where people expect good treatment. We had the worst experience ever.

5 months agoI've been here for couple of months. I honestly think I'm not really safe in this place. The security is not very tight. I don't recommend the staycation here. There's a lot of agents and very few legit owners. Some might attempt to scam you. The amenities are nice but just like I said when it comes to security its very poor. Too many scammer and the admin and security can't even help you once you got scammed. By the way the elevators are also very bad especially on tower B. Not recommendable. PS. I'm still living here so this is my honest review.

5 years agoIt´s a nice place, but the bulding is old and smelling. And to ask for 150 PHP for using the pool is more then naughty.

6 months agoYou can have fun and relax, they have one working elevator, High association dues and smelly hallways.

2 years agoI really like their pool area. They also have a mini park which is very very good for families with kids.
