M Place South Triangle

Been staying at MPlace every year when Im in the Philippines because it's a good price for long term stay. The airbnb hosts arent the problem here. They usually are very nice, communicative and accommodating. However, the bldg management itself has been getting worse. Avoid any Mplace towers and units at all cost. Im sure whatever illogical and unreasonable policies they have work for locals because that's the culture they're used to. I would strongly not recommend this to tourists visiting the country especially for the first time. They will make you leave ID's for your entire stay, make you pay separately for the amenities, make you go to the admin and wait in line, elevators dont work, if you go out after mall hours, they wouldnt even let you cut through the building and make you walk around, half a mile, in the middle Of the night with the worse neighborhood you can possibly in. The buildings are cockroach infested and management dont do anything about it. They take no accountability to it and blame the tenant for it. The audacity to even post this to their elevators. I can literally go on. But save yourself from trouble and stay away. But if you are looking for a vacay in hell. Go ahead and see it for yourself. I always stay in Makati and BGC condos also, and never have i encountered such inefficiency, pettiness and rudeness from staff management in these areas. Take some responsibility for your actions and improve your customer service!

It´s a nice place, but the bulding is old and smelling. And to ask for 150 PHP for using the pool is more then naughty.

I really like their pool area. They also have a mini park which is very very good for families with kids.

place is great. smol pool but still great. -⭐ parking is hard access. quite a walk when you park in the middle of the night since the access is in the complete opposite side of the building

Disappointing Experience at MPlace Tower D Condominium Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently had the opportunity to stay at MPlace Tower D Condominium, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. As a family looking for a comfortable and spacious living space, this condominium fell short of our expectations in several key areas. First and foremost, the size of the unit was incredibly small, making it far from ideal for a family setting. The lack of space made it difficult for us to move around freely and accommodate all our belongings comfortably. It felt cramped and claustrophobic, leaving us yearning for a more spacious environment. Furthermore, the issue of parking cost was a significant disappointment. The exorbitant fees for parking spaces added an unnecessary financial burden to our stay. It felt unfair and unreasonable to be charged such high prices just to park our vehicle in a supposedly accommodating residential complex. One of the most distressing aspects of our stay was the prevalent presence of cockroaches. It was disheartening to find these pests crawling around our living area. Despite our efforts to keep the unit clean and tidy, the infestation made it impossible to feel comfortable and at ease within our own living space. Another disappointment was the swimming pool, which proved to be an irritant rather than a source of enjoyment. The water quality seemed questionable, and after spending time in the pool, many of us experienced skin irritations. It was a stark contrast to the refreshing and rejuvenating experience we had hoped for.
