Madison 101 Hotel + Tower

Service: Check-in time should've been at 2pm. When we arrived at 3 pm, the room was still not ready. Got checked in at 4:30pm Room: The room was the same as the photos. However, the linens seemed dirty. Location: The location was convenient as we had an event in mt. Carmel. But the room we had on the 6th floor was roadside. We still heard all the traffic noise in our room.

Stayed there with my batchmates, we were like 100+ for 2 weeks. Their facility is nice, like the gym and the bar. The staff is kind. 🚩You can clearly hear the noise from outside even when you're inside the room(and the noise inside your room could also be heard outside. The doorbell sound from the far room can be heard all the way in your room. 🚩The corner of our room smelled like poop. 🚩The bedsheets were dirty, with stains that we thought were our fault.

The stay was okay. My partner got satisfied using the gym. Talking to the staff is good. They’re polite. 🚩My partner got uncomfortable when a staff followed him from the entrance to our room, making sure that he’s staying in the hotel. Instead of following, they should’ve asked him instead to be formal. 🚩 I requested a late check out (6pm) first thing upon check in, and reminded the front desk on our 2nd night for the late check out and told them to use my deposit for the late c/o fee to avoid being bothered during the stay. On our 3rd day, my partner got a call at 12nn for time of check out which confused him since he knew that I already relayed the late check out request a couple of times. He left the room with our bags waiting for me in the lobby (I wasn’t able to communicate with the hotel since I had a licensure exam that day). Things like this should be endorsed to the next shift for a more pleasant stay in the hotel. 🚩 We could hear the corridor noises from our room and could hear some wall banging from the other room at 2am. 🚩 Tv’s Netflix doesn’t load. Stuck at 20% for 3hours LOL. We forgot to turn the tv off then realizing that it has been stuck at 20% 🚩 We felt that the bed sheets were used. There were stains that we don’t know where it came from and a short hair (like a pubic hair?) when we got into the room.

We reserved a superior queen but was assigned to a poorly decorated standard room with 2 beds pushed together. Place was clean but its not what we expected at all. Food and service is great at least
