To Whom It May Concern, I couldn’t send my complaint in your contact us section page, I will be sending this concern here in the feedback section so anyone could read. My mother, who is already a senior citizen of the Philippines hasn’t received a simple signature with seal for my maintenance declaration needed as a proof of my remittance here in Germany. The said document is already in English-German format so that you could freely understand for what the document is for but instead you keep insisting what is it for?? She was already in the registrar section as well as legal section of the city hall today, 11th September and provided sample, was also shown to the employees and yet employees of the said department was not convinced and hesitated why they needed to sign the document??Is this how the government supports their OFW regarding sending remittances to their love ones? Instead of helping us OFW’s regarding our declaration of remittance to our families, you are making it hard for us to feel how government really treat OFW’s. Could you please hire employees, who are a lot more competent in their positions, the one that could understand what document is presented specially from an OFW. My mother traveled in a hectic schedule, spending time to explain that to the employees but she’s been ignored instead??? Now how can I submit the document here in Germany as my proof of remittance?If the employees didn’t show any competencies with the matter. I couldn’t claim a minimum of what I am remitting without the signed and sealed papers from city hall of Caloocan. I am really truly disappointed to the government. I hope you improve your services to the public. It is such a waste and disgrace that up until now citizens of the Philippines are living and struggling under a government with bare improvement. It's a fun experience to be in this building, it modernized and clean. Processing documents here seems like a stroll in the park, it's huge. It 's a fun experience!!!

City hall is new and accessible with restaurants, however, our experience continues to be a bureaucratic nightmare.

Airconditioned and such a big place, working environment is good. Place is accomodating.

Grabe! Most efficient LGU I've ever experienced. Staff are very helpful and mindful of the citizens. They even helped me cash out using Gcash since I didn't brought any cash with me. Their queuing system is sophisticated as well! I think, my need was met within 15minutes at max. Kudos to NEW CALOOCAN CITY HALL Team!
