Atmosphere and decor are nice. Service is mediocre at best. My rib eye serpicao (800+ pesos) was almost half fat cubes, and swimming in oil. I brought it to the attention of the server and manager, and they apologized, but did did not offer to make it right. Another dish we had, Angus ribeye, was under seasoned and tough. Overall sense for our party was that the food was not worth what they're charging. They also cleared no dishes. We will not be back.

I love this branch of Mary Grace’s! Big and spacious, very comfy looking. It’s next to the ice skating rink and the ambience is great! The bathroom is clean and quaintly decorated and the staff are polite and attentive. The food is good and serving size is good for the price you pay. I love the Cappuccino coffee with 2 shots of espresso! Great for families, even with kids. They accept credit cards. Located within the MOA mall, parking is not a problem.

What I like about Mary Grace is their consistency in quality both in food and dining experience in all of their branches. I always bring friends and family here for no-fail desserts, but their Caesar salad is arguably the best one in their menu. The place always has a queue outside, but turnover can be quite quick (we only waited for 15 minutes). The staff were polite, but not quite attentive, as they missed our additional order.

We love Mary Grace cakes, ensaymadas, and cheese rolls. They're some of the best in the Philippines, especially impressive considering it's quite a large chain. The cafe concept they have is good. The interiors are always very warm and homely, I do enjoy the ambiance. Service is fairly quick and the servers are responsive. The food is freshly made to order. It isn't fine dining, but it is comforting, if only a little bit pricey. I do think they use some canned vegetables (corn/carrots?), if I had an improvement to offer it would be freshly chopping those instead, though this was only apparent in the seafood chowder we had. Otherwise, the food tastes good, the flavors are well balanced and seasoned, and feels like something my mom might cook. :) The cakes tho, those are really the star of the show. Their cakes never disappoint me. I hope the Banana Bella special we tried here makes it more of their outlets.
