most important thing is that all employees are courteous, respectful and very helpful. call the front desk for extra towels and you get it in less than two minutes. report that the water dispenser ran out of water and it was filled in less than 2 minutes. ask for extra toothbrush from the room attendant and they offer you extra soap and toilet paper. so right there we became members of Wyndham Rewards.

Love this place! It's our first time staying here because my mom had an event to attend that was near this hotel. We didn't know that the 12th PIPC was happening until a few days before our stay. The staff were all so nice. They gave us cake when we arrived at our room. The room had a nice view of Conrad and the Seaside (although the reclamation project wasn't really a sight to see), and it was the perfect view to see the fireworks. The breakfast was good too. Choices were little, but the food is really good. We would love to book a room in this place again when we have events nearby.

It was a first time check in to this hotel, and I am so happy with the sevice provided by all staffs. Everyone were hospitable with a smile. My room was affordable and accessible to places convenient. I salute the front desk staffs particularly to Marvin who was patiently accommodating with all my check in query. Good job. Will definitely come back and will be a regular guest. Highly recommended.

I always had a good experience with this hotel until recently. Aside from the good deals on various websites, location and value for money makes it a good choice. The rooms are spacious and adequate, with the basics provided. I even get upgraded during my stays. On my recent stay, however, i find the breakfast quite chaotic with lots of people and unorganized way of seating. I wish they would prioritize checked in guests and their dining accommodation. I waited for almost an hour just to be seated. It turns out that i have been called after 30 minutes, but they did not announce it well and just moved on to the next guests. They did not even try again or find the party. It did not end there, as people get seated, no plates are available and no waiters were present for the basic coffee, water and utensils. I stayed for a number of dyas and it truly ruins the experience. I do not blame the staff. It's management's fault for not having good training and process in place.

Second time stayed at Microtel. Very efficient check in. Safety is paramount, always checking with us if we were expecting someone. Love the location; across the street from MOA and short ride to the airport. If I stay a 3rd time, it will be my go-to stay whenever I’m in town!
