I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and the best thing about it is the service-minded approach of the staff. The hotel is currently being refitted to become more focused on its casino clientele. The rooms are a bit dated but I find this hotel offers a 5 star service for a very reasonable cost.
Overall stay is ok, spacious room (clean as well), fast internet, mini bar with complimentary coffee & water. Though we have this "old hotel" vibes inside. But stay ia generally good
Based on what I've seen and on other reviews, I would tend to agree that the service is exemplary. The rooms look worth the price. The food? This is the Philippines, home to some of the finest sous chefs on a world class level. I would stay at this hotel and I will probably enjoy it.
We liked the rooms. Staff were nice. Location good for nightlife. I did not like have my bags searched and being frisked every time I entered the hotel. Crazy that nipping out for a coffee and get frisked just to come back in. Oh, and the swimming pool is empty.
Stayed at this hotel last weekend and it was pure bliss! The room was like a dream – comfy bed, stunning views, and all the little luxuries you could want. The pool area was perfect for lounging, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. If you’re looking to treat yourself, this place is a no-brainer!
